From November 14 to November 17, 2018, led by Mr. Liu Xiaowei, General manager of Green World Zambia Branch, a series of market activities were organized in Lilongwe,  capital of Malawi, including visiting the specialty shops, organizing the training and holding the awarding conference.  

1.Training
The training organized by the branch was mainly conducted by Mr. MUBANGA, the outstanding lecturer of the branch.

Mr. MUBANGA introduced the products of the company in detail and encouraged distributors through his own experience in direct selling industry for years, which made the attendees more deeply know Green World products and more confident in Green World business.

 
The training was warmly welcomed by the local distributors, there were nearly 200 people attending the two-day training.

2. Visiting the specialty shops
During this trip to Malawi, the staff of branch office also visited the two specialty shops located in Lilongwe and distributed the promotional materials to the shops , which made the shops greatly encouraged.

Mr. Liu Xiaowei, General Manager of Green World Zambia Branch, communicated with the shop owners about the stock and supply of the products as well as the bonus payment, through which the branch office deeply knew the operation conditions of the shops. Meanwhile, the problems occurred and demands of the shops were recorded in detail.

3.Awarding Conference
On November 17, 2018, the awarding conference was grandly held. 36 distributors who won Fast Growth Award and 7 distributors who won International Tour Award were respectively awarded. In addition, Specialty Shop No.001 and Specialty Shop No. 012 were awarded for the obvious increase of the performance.

Except the distributors of LILONGWE, the participants attending the awarding conference also include distributors from BLANTYRE, MZUZU, and ZOMBA, with the total attendees reaching about 250 people.

On the awarding conference, couples MARY LUCKER from BLANTYRE further explained the compensation plan and the products of the company, which made the participants deeply know Green World business.

This activity was greatly influential. The local media PLFM TV station particularly interviewed Mr. Liu Xiaowei, General Manager of Green World Zambia Branch.

The event was closed in laughter and cheers. Many distributors still stayed to communicate with each other after the activity.
This activity in Malawi greatly enhanced the influence and popularity of Green World in Malawi market, boosted the morale of the distributors and make distributors more confident and passionate for Green World business. Meanwhile, the relationship between branch office and distributors was closer. In the future, the branch office would strengthen the development of Malawi market which was bound to a better performance.
