On the afternoon of February 7th, 2026, Green World Nanjing Production Base 2025 Annual Celebration, themed “Forging Ahead with Momentum Toward a Promising Future”, was grandly held at the Jiangsu Baima Agricultural International Expo Center. More than 200 participants, including staff of Green World Nanjing Production Base and distributor representatives from Green World China Region, gathered to celebrate the achievements of the past year and look ahead to a promising future. The event featured two main sessions -- ing ceremony and Appreciation Banquet.
Honoring Excellence and Celebrating Dedication
The awarding ceremony officially began at 4:30 p.m. Prof. Deming Li, President of Green World International Group, delivered an inspiring and heartfelt opening speech. She reviewed the collective efforts and dedication of the team over the past year, expressing sincere gratitude to everyone who was always committed to their works. Meanwhile, she encouraged everyone to continue upholding the corporate culture of “People-oriented and Honesty First”, supporting one another and growing together in the year ahead.
Mr. Shaobo Liu, Director of the Board and President of Green World China Region, then delivered a speech. He reviewed the company’s outstanding achievements in market expansion and performance growth over the past year, while highly commending the sales teams and partners with exceptional performance. Additionally, he also outlined the strategic objectives and action plan for the coming year, motivating all colleagues to move forward with the momentum of a galloping steed in 2026, embrace new challenges, and strive for greater success.
Next, Mr. Guiming Hu, Production Director, presented the 2026 Product Optimization Implementation Plan, detailing key initiatives for the year ahead. Ms. Chao Li, the first Co-Founder Partner of Green World China Region, also shared her experience growing together with the company as a distributor representative.
During the awarding session, Green World recognized outstanding individuals and teams in the year of 2025 from multiple dimensions, including innovation, management, and dedication. The awards included 2 “Wisdom Project Innovation Awards”, 1 “Outstanding Pioneer Award”, 6 “Efficiency & Innovation Awards”, 5 “Best Newcomer Awards”, 4 “Dedication & Commitment Awards”, 8 “Outstanding Employee Awards”, and “Outstanding Team Awards” for the Production Department, Finance Department, and Market Service Department.
The highlight of the awarding ceremony was the presentation of the highest honors -- “Outstanding Trailblazer Award” and “President’s Award”. Prof. Deming Li presented the Outstanding Trailblazer Award to Mr. Shaobo Liu, and awarded the President’s Award to eight core management members -- Dexiang Li, Shaobo Liu, Qiaoying Liu, Xiaofei Guo, Jingshe Zhang, Feng Zhu, Guiming Hu, and Dalei Shen -- in recognition of their exceptional leadership and contributions to the company’s overall development during the past year.
A Night of Celebration and Shared Vision
As evening fell, the appreciation banquet began in a warm and festive atmosphere. Core management members, including Prof. Deming Li, Mr. Shaobo Liu, Ms. Qiaoying Liu, Mr. Dexiang Li, and Mr. Jingshe Zhang, took the stage together to propose a toast, expressing gratitude to all employees and partners, and extending their best wishes for the new year.
The dinner featured a variety of performances prepared by the staff, which included a solo performance “Miss You Tonight”, jazz dance medleys, and the group dance “Mass Production” by the Production Center, showcasing energy and teamwork; choral performances of “Friends’ Wine” and “Tomorrow Will Be Better” by the Supply Chain Center and Order Center; the lively “Money Dance” and the song “Bloom Freely” by the Sales Department. Ms. Chao Li prepared a heartfelt rendition of “A Diao” that received resounding applause from the audience.
Interactive games and lucky draws interspersed throughout the evening, which further ignited excitement of the whole audience. Activities such as “Shake-to-Win,” “Money Counting,” and “Horse Racing” encouraged enthusiastic participation, with real-time rankings displayed on the big screen, drawing laughter and cheers from the attendees. With excited and proud smiles, winners took the stage to receive their prizes. The continuous bursts of cheers and applause made the atmosphere full of joy.
The highlight of the banquet was the distribution of annual performance bonuses, as department heads presented red envelopes to employees in recognition of their hard work and contributions throughout the year. The moment was both moving and celebratory, vividly embodying Green World’s idea of “co-creation, shared success, and mutual benefit”.
At the end of the event, as the classic song “Friends” filled the hall, all attendees turned on their phone flashlights and sang together, transforming the venue into a sea of lights, which marked a warm and memorable conclusion to the annual celebration.
