On July 4th, 2026, Green World (Lishui) Biotechnological Co., Ltd. and Shenyang Agricultural University (SYAU) held a grand signing and plaque-unveiling ceremony for their industry–academia–research cooperation at Green World Nanjing Production Base. Despite heavy rain on the day of the event, neither side's determination to deepen cooperation was affected. Prof. Bin Li, President of SYAU, arrived at the Nanjing production base on schedule despite the severe weather. Prof. Deming Li, President of Green World International Group, personally led the company’s management team to welcome the delegation in the rain. The two sides exchanged warm greetings and attended the ceremony with great enthusiasm, officially opening a new chapter in industry–academia–research collaboration as planned. The Green World delegation included Ms. Jenna Li, General Manager of Green World (Lishui) Biotechnological Co., Ltd.; Mr. Shaobo Liu, President of Green World China Region; Ms. Qiaoying Liu, Executive Vice General Manager of Green World Nanjing Production Base; Mr. Guiming Hu, Director of the Production Center; Mr. Dalei Shen, Director of the Supply Chain Center; Mr. Feng Zhu, Director of the Order Center; and Mr. Hao Xu, Deputy Director of the R&D and Quality Center. Government representatives, including Mr. Zhenhua Tai, Director of the Lishui District Science and Technology Bureau, and Mr. Jinhui Zhang, Director of the Science and Technology Innovation Department of the Nanjing National Agricultural High-Tech Industry Demonstration Zone Administrative Committee, also attended the ceremony.
This agreement represents a comprehensive upgrade and expansion of the cooperation between the two parties in the blueberry and small berry sector. The collaboration has evolved from individual product development to systematic research and high-value development across the entire industrial chain. Leveraging SYAU’s research advantages in the fields of small berry processing and nutritional health, together with Green World’s strengths in industrialization, both parties will jointly promote industry–academia–research innovation in areas including deep processing of raw materials, functional mechanism research, development of high-value-added products, and commercialization of research outcomes. Together, they aim to advance China’s blueberry industry toward technology-driven innovation, deep processing, and high-quality development.

During the signing ceremony, Prof. Deming Li delivered a speech. She noted that SYAU possesses outstanding scientific research capabilities and extensive expertise in food science, and expressed confidence that the cooperation would provide strong technological support for Green World’s product innovation. She looks forward to transforming the university’s academic strengths into the company’s market competitiveness through deeper integration of industry, academia, and research, jointly promoting the high-quality development of China's blueberry industry.

Prof. Bin Li stated that serving regional economic development and promoting the commercialization of scientific achievements are important missions for universities. He noted that Green World has established a solid industrial foundation in biotechnology, and that the cooperation would enable both sides to complement each other's strengths and achieve mutual benefits. He added that the university would fully leverage its research teams and laboratory platforms to provide strong technical support for the company.
Following the speeches, Prof. Deming Li, Ms. Jenna Li, and Prof. Bin Li jointly signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties.
After the signing ceremony, the delegation went to the Industry–Academia–Research Collaboration Park at Green World Nanjing Production Base for the plaque unveiling ceremony despite the continuing rain. Prof. Deming Li and Prof. Bin Li jointly unveiled the project plaques. As the red covering cloth was removed, five cooperation plaques were officially revealed, symbolizing the formal launch of multiple collaborative initiatives between the two parties. Warm applause broke out as representatives from both organizations and invited guests witnessed this milestone together. Following the unveiling, Prof. Deming Li and Prof. Bin Li each delivered additional speeches, expressing strong confidence in the future cooperation. At the end of ceremony, a group photo was taken to commemorate this moment.
The successful signing and unveiling ceremony was built upon the frequent and in-depth exchanges between the two sides over the past month.
On June 9th, 2026, Prof. Bin Li led a delegation to visit Green World Nanjing Production Base, where he was accompanied throughout the tour by Prof. Deming Li and Ms. Qiaoying Liu. During the visit, they were introduced to the company's latest achievements in biotechnology research, commercialization of scientific innovations, and industrial applications. From June 19th to 21st, Prof. Deming Li, Ms. Jenna Li, Mr. Shaobo Liu, and Mr. Hao Xu paid a return visit to SYAU for a three-day exchange focused on deepening cooperation in the blueberry industry.
The collaboration also received strong support from the Lishui District Government and the Nanjing National Agricultural High-Tech Industry Demonstration Zone. Government representatives, including Mr. Zhenhua Tai and Mr. Jinhui Zhang, attended the entire ceremony, demonstrating the local government's strong commitment to promoting collaborative innovation between industry, academia, and research institutions, as well as the development of agricultural high technology.
Following the ceremony, the guests toured Green World Nanjing Production Base to gain a further understanding of the company's modern manufacturing processes and comprehensive quality management system.
