The First Training Conference on "Operation and Management of Special Store" Successfully Convened

In Feb. 14th, 2009, the first training conference on "Operation and Management of Special Store" successfully convened in DRC branch. Four lecturers, more than ten senior distributors who are employed at the DRC branch, distributors and journalists who came all the way from MATADI, totally more than twenty person, dressed up and attended this conference. The warm atmosphere completely showed the distributors' willingness and determination to operate special store.

First, Mr. Fugang Du, the DRC branch manager, introduced the procedures of opening special store to the distributors in detail, directed them in site selection and establishment. To point against the particularity of opening new market, Mr. Du creatively proposed the solution of MSS (Mini Special Shop) and introduced its uniqueness and advantages compared with ordinary store. MSS, as unique special store with the features of low-input and high-return, won praise of all distributors.

After that, the owner of the 002 special store, theophile, who is a seven-star distributor and have got the International Trip Reward before, shared his feeling and experience of opening special store, especially pointed out that two most important factors of opening special store are moral quality and network.  He said that honest and frankness are the main factors of winning others' trust and he also proposed some details that the others may concern. His training evoked strong repercussions that the distributors actively asked questions and theophile answered all questions with his deep feeling and vast experience.

Then, Zebedee, the owner of 001 special store, who is a well-known doctor in DRC and senior health examiner of Green World, gave a splendid speech. As a doctor, Mr. Zebedee introduced features of Green World products and the reasons why people need health products, explained that Green World products plays an positive role in supplementing nutrients, promoting immune system and treating coronary disease, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hypertension, cancer and so forth. After that, as a distributor, he interpreted the reasons of opening special store, how to open special store, the considerations in administration and finance management, he also wrote down his operation and management experience, provided to others as reference, which won welcomeness and appreciation of all distributors.

Last, the distributors discussed intensely, the branch's management team and special store owners answered all their questions, won gratitude and rewards of distributors. Then the conference ended successfully.
