Conference Background
On 3rd April 2010, Green World Congo (R.D.C.) held the First National Lecturer Selection Conference, in which two outstanding lecturers would be selected from the current lecturer team as the national lecturers. The purposes of the conference were to promote Green World Congo (R.D.C.) to realize its 2010 market plan, to satisfy the demands of distributors in the increasingly opening market of other provinces to know Green World products and career plan and to guarantee the prosperous and long-term development of specialty stores in other provinces. This conference was hosted by Mr. Steven, computation manager of Green World Congo (R.D.C.). The conference also invited Mr. Mars, manager of Green World Congo (R.D.C.), Mr. Jerry, financial manager of Green World Congo (R.D.C.) and influential specialty store keepers, excellent leaders and distributors as judges of the conference.

At 11:30 sharp, the First National Lecturer Selection Conference held by Green World Congo (R.D.C.) was started formally. First, Mr. Mars, manager of Green World Congo (R.D.C.) was invited to make an opening speech. Mr. Mars emphasized in the speech that lecturer team played an important role in every development stage of the branch companies and lecturers shouldered heavy tasks of spreading Green World culture, caring people¡¯s health and sharing wealth. The final purpose of this conference was to select two national lecturers who could explain Green World products proficiently and flexibly and who would make corresponding contributions to the training of other provinces market. Meanwhile, Mr. Mars encouraged lecturers to open specialty stores since they had product and career plan knowledge. Finally, Mr. Mars thanked the members of the judge team for their coming and wished the candidates good results in this national lecturer selection.

Next, lecturers showed their most skilled lectures to people on the spot, displaying their solid knowledge base of Green World products, career plan and a series of new ideas.

Finally, the host invited manager of branch company, Mr. Mars to make a conclusion. He encouraged the lecturers to know better the Green World products, career plan, and listened to the lecturers and store owners¡¯ advice and thought on lecturers and distributors team construction.

Then the host invited the judge representative Florence (ex-lecturer, present specialty store owner) to give some suggestions on the defects in lecturing and required the lecturers to do the specialty stores training best and to deal with the problems proposed by the present distributors. At last, Mr. Steven, manager of calculation department in Green World Congo announced the competition result with Odillon and Mucipay being honored as the national-level lecturers.
