Green World Congo (D.R.C.) Held Successfully 2010 Provincial Lecturers Selection Conference

Conference Background
In order to drive the 2010 market plan forward, promote performances, increase fresh faces and to guarantee the Kinshasa specialty stores had no vacancy when the state-level lecturers went to other provinces to do training, Green World Congo (D.R.C.) held 4th Provincial Lecturers Selection Conference on June 15, 2010. This selection included 3 stages. The primary selection was to select the qualified distributors from over 100 applicants and to give them a systematic, comprehensive and targeting training about business plan and products knowledge. Meanwhile, the distributors were also given a test and attendance record in order to consolidate their understanding about business plan and products and cultivated their discipline. The second stage was that the distributors applying for provincial lecturer gave specialty store training.
Green World Congo (D.R.C.) was responsible for working out the specialty store training plan and certain sum of transportation cost, while specialty store owners recorded the applicants¡¯ attendance, lecturing performance, and the pharmacists and the existing lecturers collected information about the specialty stores and made statistics. At last, 10 excellent distributors were selected to get into the final. In the final round, the jury consisting of specialty store representatives and all lecturers assessed the distributors¡¯ performances in terms of lecturing content, lecturing method and communication with the audiences. This selection included a part of jury questioning in order to examine the would-be lecturers¡¯ ability of fast and proper answering questions that the distributors might ask in future specialty store training.

This conference was hosted by Mr. Steven, calculation manager of Green World Congo (D.R.C.). It invited Mr. Mars, manager of Green World Congo (D.R.C.), Mr. Jerry, financial manager of Green World Congo (D.R.C.), the most influential and big specialty store owners and the lecturers as judges to attend.

At 11:00 a.m. on June 15, 2010, 4th Provincial Lecturers Selection Conference raised its curtain formally in Green World Congo (D.R.C.). Manager Mr. Mars was invited to give an opening speech. He congratulated the 10 applicants who got into the final, acknowledging their lecturing capability. He also mentioned that the distributors applying for lecturers should never be satisfied with being lecturers. Mr. Mars cited a lot of examples to encourage the lecturers to open specialty stores, like many lecturers opened their own specialty store successfully and better served the distributors and the patients while they also got more personal profit. At last, Mr. Mars expressed his heartfelt appreciation for the judges¡¯ taking the time off their busy schedule and hoped the applicants could stand out in this selection.

Next, the applicants not only showed deep mastery on the business plan and products, but also added their own innovative ideas during lecturing. Then manager Mr. Mars was invited to make a summery on this selection conference. Mr. Mars shared the market plan and main exploring cities in the latter half of the year with the participants, encouraging the distributors to tap the market and those failed in this selection to keep on working. In the end, Mr. Steven announced the selection result. The first five were rewarded the approval certificate. Applicant AGUNDU RICHARD was titled as ¨”provincial business plan lecturer¨• . After the conference, all the participants took a group photo. This conference came to a successful end.
