On August 13, "2011 Midyear Summary Conference" of World (Tianjin) Nutrition & Health Food Co., Ltd was grandly held in Green World Group Headquarters. Mrs. Deming Li, the president of World (Tianjin) Nutrition & Health Food Co., Ltd and the leader of each department of Green World Group attended this conference. They concluded the work in the first half of 2011 and furthermore discussed and communicated with each other. At last, Mrs. Deming Li, the president of Green World Group, announced the working plan of Green World in the latter half of 2011, made instructions for the short-term development planning of Green World and pointed out the development direction of the company.
Mrs. Huiru Zuo, the comprehensive department director, hosted this large-scale conference and the leaders from 15 departments of Green World Group Headquarters respectively gave reports on their work in the first half of 2011. Everyone had a more comprehensive and newer feeling about the development of the Group through reviewing the work in the first half of the year. They conducted a detailed exchange from the perspectives of overseas and domestic financial status, talent training, external relations, the contact with overseas branches, the development of overseas and domestic markets, the computation of overseas performance, IT technical support, production, Research & Development and quality inspection, etc. Then, they discussed the problems and solutions in the work and President Li successively pointed out the key points and gave specific working advice based on the different situations of each department. The leader of each department carefully listened to the advice and took notes.
Finally, Mrs. Deming Li, the president of Green World Group, delivered a speech in which she affirmed the achievements acquired by each department in the first half of the year and showed affirmation and appraise to each department which has done its job very well in spite of all kinds of difficulties. Her appraise greatly motivated each staff present. Next, President Deming Li profoundly pointed out the problems existing in daily work by using simple words, and proposed specific requirements for each department and working plan in the latter half of 2011 according to the crux of the problems. Meanwhile, President Li conducted detailed analysis focusing on Green World being in the stage of rapid development, made instructions for the short-term development planning of Green World, gave specific requirements in the aspects of talent development, international and domestic market development, production capacity and production line, encouraged everyone to continue to work hard and try to achieve the goal of Initial Public Offerings as soon as possible. This conference started with summing-up, refined the workflow through discussion and communication of each department and instructions of President Li and clearly defined the division of labor and duty of each department and the specific direction of future work. President Li pointed out, fortune favored those enterprises and people who are prepared, opportunity knocked but once and she wished each department could cooperate with each other, contribute for the rapid development of Green World and finally achieve success.
