On September 27, 2011, organized by Mr. CHRIS ADIEMA, the high-level network leader of Kenya, the high-level leaders of Eastern and Northern African region came to Kenya Branch to hold the first high-level leaders conference of Eastern and Northern African Region, which is also the first regional leaders conference organized by high-level leaders spontaneously after the leaders training camp of Eastern and Northern African Region held in July.
At the beginning of the conference, the present leaders and management staffs of the company respectively gave self-introductions. Then, Mr. CHRIS, the host of the conference, announced that Mr. JOSEPH KIMANI was newly upgraded to be the first-star manager of Eastern and Northern African region. Everyone warmly applauded to express congratulations on him. Mr. KIMANI gave an exciting address, which greatly encouraged and stimulated the present leaders.

Then, MR.MARS, the general manager of Eastern and Northern African region, described the market development strategy of each branch in Eastern and Northern African region and emphasized the brand cultural building of the company: promote the Green World brand from many aspects, such as education and health, etc. Then, Manager Du itemized what they have done and what they would do in terms of forging the Green World brand. The distributors respectively expressed that these activities made more and more people know the products and service of Green World and increased their confidence on market development and products sale.

Then, Ms. OLIVIA, the manager of education department, introduced the latest educational development of the branch. Ms. OLIVIA presented the courses offered by the education department and a series of education and training activities to be held. The leaders applauded to express that these activities had greatly helped to stimulate the positivity of the distributors. Then, Mr. PETER YAN, the finance manager, also shared what the financial department would do in respect of management and service, which got the warm response of the leaders. The conference reached its climax.

After lunch, the leaders discussed nine subjects about team management, team spirit and regional support, etc. Everyone actively spoke and reached agreement through discussion. More importantly, many innovative ideas were proposed at the conference. Everybody warmly discussed and expressed support.

On the one hand, this conference made the leaders more clearly know the market development strategy of the company and fully aroused the positivity of the high-level leaders and on the other hand, it made the relation between the company and the leaders even closer. The leaders enhanced their senses of responsibility, which actively promoted the development of the whole Eastern and Northern African region.
