At 12 o¡¯clock of May 13, 2012, the Car Awarding Ceremony organized by Pakistan Branch Office of Green World Group South Asian Region was successfully held in Rawalpindi Art Council. Over 500 distributors from various places of Pakistan got together to celebrate the birth of the 6th car award winner.
On behalf of President Dr. Deming Li, Mr. Luke Lu, Regional Manager of Green World Group South Asian Region, extended his warm welcome and presented car key to the winner. He also expressed the hope that all distributors should learn from the role model, work harder, seize development opportunity, exert great efforts to build their own network and struggle for more achievements.
At the ceremony, newly promoted Star 4 and Star 5 distributors were commended with prizes of electric appliances, laptops, or automobiles.
Excellent shops and lecturers were also awarded with honor.
On May 14, the Top Distributor Meeting organized by Green World Pakistan Branch Office was held, and distributors of Star 6 and above and all shop owners attended this meeting. Mr. Luke Lu put forward President Dr. Deming Li¡¯s expectation on them and the present gap between South Asian Region and other regions. Through SWOT and relevant data analysis, he found some marketing problems, for example, some leaders turned inactive after winning the car award, leaders didn¡¯t pay enough attention to their team, trainings in various places were not uniform, network building moved too slowly, and rate of active people was low, etc. Thus, a Management Committee for distributors was set up to focus on such issues as the accomplishment of each team¡¯s performance tasks, the overall planning of training, and the settlement of inter-team disputes.
After the meeting, everyone was reinvigorated with unified thinking and cognition, full of confidence and determination towards the future of Green World. All distributors expressed their strong will that they would overcome difficulties, step out of their own comfort zone, and lead their team to success together.
