On June 27 and June 28, ¡°2012 Staff Outward Development & Training Conference¡± of Green World Group was grandly held. The Group attached great importance to this training and particularly invited Mr. Yuxi Zhang, the famous senior lecturer of China. President Li attended this wonderful training course in person together with the whole staff.
The training was divided into two parts, ¡°Let the Company Make Us Succeed¡± and ¡°Build a High-Efficiency Management Team of World (Tianjin)¡±. During this training, Mr. Yuxi Zhang prepared colorful outward development activities for everyone.

At the beginning of the conference, Mr. Yuxi Zhang started his speech from ¡°Life Planning¡±. He combined the enterprise development with personal growth and proposed several important ideas, like ¡°Sharing Corporate Growth together, and Making Your Career Succeed¡±, ¡°Taking a Long View, Cultivating Your Virtue and Talent¡±, ¡°A positive attitude can make a successful life.¡± In the training, Mr. Zhang illustrated how to position yourself in the enterprise by using some philosophical management allegory, popular and succinct language, vivid and accurate cases, and told us the importance of IQ, EQ, TQ, AQ, influence and willpower in work. In order to further arouse the learning passion of everyone, some interactive activities were arranged in this training, like Q &A on the site, discussions and games. Everyone spoke out their minds freely one after another, summed up their own experiences in practical work and gave their opinions on relevant issues.

On June 28, Mr. Zhang conducted a training lecture titled ¡°Role and Tool of Managers¡± in order to arm all levels of managers with the latest management ideas. In the lecture, Mr. Zhang introduced the team building theory systematically from the aspects of the roles of team members, cultivation of team spirit, team communication and how to train the executive force of the management team. Meanwhile, he also strengthened the digestion and absorption of these management ideas through outward development training in groups.

Lastly, President Li made a concluding speech. She firstly thanked Mr. Zhang for his coming, and thanked the whole staff of World Company. Combining the previous discussion, President Li pointed out the importance of teamwork in enterprise development. She stated that, World Company developed rapidly these years. Relying on its excellent products and best services, it had made today¡¯s accomplishments and become the well-known international brand step by step, which was attributed to the joint efforts of the team. From now on, World Company would conduct such kind of training in a long time in order to create an open, just and fair environment for everyone. She sincerely hoped that, everyone could keep up the pace of enterprise development, get improved and promoted on the platform of World Company so as to realize their own life values. President Li¡¯s plain and touching words moved everyone at the conference.
