On February 4, 2017, in order to improve the overall quality of management team and enhance the service level to the market, as well as to tap the potentials of the excellent staffs and to strengthen the training to the staff, Green World Indonesia Branch held staff speech competition in the headquarters of Green World Indonesia Branch in Jakarta after two months’  internal intensified training. This competition was conducted with the just and open principle, aiming at looking for and cultivating excellent talents.

 With more vacations during the time of Christmas Day, New Year's Day and the Spring Festival, Green World Indonesia Branch conducted the basic training about speech skills to the staff who voluntarily registered for lecturer training in advance, so that they can use the vacation times for practice and improvement. The content of the first stage of this internal lecturer tapping and training competition was learning achievement reporting competition. There were 7 grass-roots staff of the branch who participated in this activity.

 As the tutor, Mr. Junai Pardede (the senior lecturer of branch) provided the basic knowledge training as the lecturer, for example the body language, procedural expression and tone control, etc and also arranged the rehearsal. Through training, the participants not only improved their language expression ability, enriched the communication skills, but also enhanced their confidence and made them more and more realize the significance and value of self-improvement!

 The seven competitors all confidently went up the stage to introduce their beloved Green World. In this competition, there was one person won the first prize with Green World Tourmaline cup as the award and one person won the second prize with Green World Lycopene Softgel as the award.  Green World management team highly praised these staff with courage and dream and hoped them to better serve distributors and promote the training level of Green World Indonesia Branch to a new height and thus realized their personal values and also increased household income with the improvement of themselves and development of Green World Indonesia Branch!
