Mr. Sicelo Nkiwane was a Security Guard before he joined Green World. Little did he know that a salary is just barely enough to buy food. Since the inception of his becoming a Green World Distributor and Consultant he never shifted his focus , vision, nor zeal and exerted extraordinary energy and discipline.
His mantra in life is to work hard, to pray and to be always grateful and thus, his business empire was established. He never forgets whoever helped him along the way.  He acknowledges with deep gratitude, the articulate valuable contribution and support of his lovely wife, Sinakanile Sibanda, in all his undertakings, initiatives, programs, projects and endeavours.  She herself is an Entrepreneur, Mentor, Chairlady, 2* star Manager who is also a co-founder , co-proprietor of Green World franchise business formation.
His two sons have already risen through the ranks and files of the hierarchy of Green World distributorship, close to the elite apex and pegged 8* star consultant ranks at their young ages.
With his humble background, characterised by undeniable poverty and hopelessness as an offspring of peasant farmers, the future seemed to be crystal clear and undoubtedly bleak and humiliating.  But he opted to strive for excellence while courageously fighting against all odds with his efforts, supplemented by the team work at Green World International, he began to see rays that restored his hope, so his ambitions were rejuvenated, his dreams and visions were revitalized and his ego was topped up.
He won expensive luxurious trips to Australia, Mauritius, Thailand and China. He constructed a modest magnificent house for his mother so as to provide her with a decent accommodation as a major social necessity. He strongly asserts that One Good Turn Deserves Another. He also has managed to accumulate a fleet of top of the range luxurious cars which include a Mercedes Benz C200, Audi A4 and Jeep Wrangler Sahara.

He and his spouse went on to acquire their standardised permanent home in the urban settlement within the City of Kings and Queens, Bulawayo in Zimbabwe. As a couple, they are still contemplating to acquire more immovable properties, to save and invest as well as to stretch their assets inventory.
Essence of wisdom brings forth aroma by sharing knowledge through examples and wisdom with others. Knowledge withheld is never an asset but surely a liability. Last but not least, Green World international went on to honour him as a newly qualified 3* Star Manager. This special occasion chronicled the handover of R1.5 million cheque to him, affectionately known as CHIEF, for the attainment of the 3* Star Manager rank. Truly, drops make oceans.
