On March 23rd, 2026, Green World Somalia Branch held its grand opening ceremony at the National Banquet Center in Mogadishu, the capital of Somalia, which was a milestone in Green World’s global market expansion journey. The event was held on a grand scale, with around 250 guests in attendance, including the distinguished guests - Mr. Asad Abdirizak (Somalia’s Minister of Agriculture), Ms. Mursal Saashi (Secretary of the Ministry of Health), officials from the Customs Authority, professors from Somali Agricultural University, representatives from Banana Growers’ Associations, and senior international distributors.
