    In National Standard GB / T15091-1994" Fundamental Terms of Food Industry", HACCP is defined as: a means of control in producing ( processing ) safe food; including analyzing raw materials, key production processes and human factors influencing product safety, determining the key links in processing, setting up and perfecting monitor program and standard, adopting standard corrective measures.
