From March 25 to April 8 in 2019, staff of Green World International Business School together with Mr. Bruce Huang, General Manager of Green World South Africa Cape Town Branch, have undertaken tour training and organized Mega OPP Training Sentimar in Mafikeng, Bloemfontein and Queens Town, and conducted in-depth training for senior leaders in East London and Cape Town.
In the course of this training, Green World International Business School has formulated different training programs for different problems encountered in the current development of each market. For making more teams be able to independently give an effective OPP training seminar, and developing more new local lecturers, instructions for leaders of various regions and special store owners presenting an OPP, and the methods and techniques of operating Blueberry Juice experiment were provided. The details as follows: Ms. Rainie Wang, Executive Dean of Green World International Business School, explained the Green World business compensation plan in detail for the senior leaders attending the meeting; Mr. Bruce Huang, taught how to conduct personal performance inquiry in Green World official website, as well as to manage the specialty store; Mr. Li Mingyu, Deputy Dean of the Overseas Branch of Green World International Business School, conducted training for participants on leadership and basic quality of an effective lecturer and Ms. Rainie Wang, and Ms. Daisy, Excellent Overseas Lecturer of Green World International Business School, made an introduction to the main healthcare product kits, and senior leaders were invited to give a trial lecture. In addition, some outdoor activities were organized to cultivate teamwork ability and promote the team building, which combined teaching with fun, so that everyone could better understand the true meaning of "unity is strength".
The pace of this training is relatively fast for reasons of time, but many potential lecturer candidates have been discovered, which laid a solid foundation for the future training of the Branch. Prior to the end of the training, International Business School has left all materials related to Green World business and healthcare product kits to senior leaders. It is hoped that the team of leaders will cooperate sincerely to further improve sales performance and overall operation level in the market managed by Cape Town Branch through the systematic training.
