On February 22, 2020, Green World International South Africa Durban Branch held the New Year Market Launch conference. Durban is the largest port city of South Africa. Green World South Africa Durban Branch was established in 2008, with the office locating at the downtown flourishing commercial area. Through the past 12 years’ development, Durban Branch achieved huge success and Green World had become the household health brand. Mr. David L. Zhang, vide president of Green World Group and president of Green World African Region, and Mr. Shangwen Huang, newly-appointed general manager of South Africa Durban Branch attended the conference. Over 200 distributor representatives from different regions of the branch were invited to the conference which was held in the conference room of Durban branch.

At 10 o’clock in the morning, MISS charity, the MC of the conference, announced that the conference formally began. Senior Distributor Mr SAABELO MAGUBANE introduced the VIP attending the conference and delivered an incentive speech.
During the conference, Mr. David L. Zhang, made an important address, in which he explained the meaning of each letter of GREENWORLD and the mission, vision and core value of the company and then he analyzed the advantages and core competitiveness of the company, meanwhile he introduced the good development situation of Green World in international market and announced Green World African strategic planning in 2020. He also expressed that Green World was a big internationalized company which would continuously introduced the new product series including some new health care products, the skin care products series and agricultural material products. The company would increase the support to distributors and improve the specialized management and the service quality of the company.

Mr. Shangwen Huang, newly-appointed general manager of South Africa Durban Branch, also made a speech. He expressed affirmation and gratitude to distributors of Durban Branch for their performance in the past, meanwhile pointed out the deficiency and weakness of them. Then he announced the market strategy and working plan in the near future and in 2020. The company would conduct rapid expansion strategy to establish branches and direct-sale stores in the important cities. Pietermaritsburg branch and direct-sale store would formally open in early March. Moreover, the branches were also being built in New Castle and Ladysmith and would come into service successively. In the future two years, the network layout of branches and direct-sale stores would be completed generally, from points to areas, achieving the cover to all markets of Durban Branch. Meanwhile, Mr. Huang promised that he would strengthen the inner management of the company, enhance the support to distributors and perfect the customer's relation management system of the company. Mr. Huang was full of confidence to the development of the company in the future!

On the conference, distributor representatives of Durban branch respectively conducted specialized training on the main product and the compensation plan of the company. They were the users and beneficiaries of Green World products, also the achievers and elites among distributors. With their own experience, they proved the high quality of Green World products and advantages of Green World compensation plan.

On the conference, the commendation ceremony was also held for the senior distributors who made great contributions. The company especially made the medal of honour for them.

After the conference, Mr. Huang particularly communicated with some specialty store owners in terms of the management of specialty stores and development of the market and also answered the questions they concerned one by one. Everyone was full of confidence to the development of Durban branch. Moreover, distributors from different regions also spontaneously organized their teams to conduct group discussion and set targets and planning for their team.
Through this conference, Durban branch determined the strategic development direction in the future and achieved agreement with distributors, as well as found the solutions to the problems distributors concerned. Durban Branch would make more effort in the future development to make more contributions to the health of people and local economic development.
