On March 23, 2022, Bangladesh Branch HGW Senior Leaders Workshop was successfully held. It was Bangladesh Branch’s another important marketing initiative. After the tour seminar, Bangladeshi distributor leaders were more confident and enthusiastic about the HGW business. This senior leaders workshop will unify their thoughts and actions to build a capable, passionate and highly loyal team.

Along with the development of the team, as Bangladesh HGW start-up business partners, senior leaders are the image spokesperson of the branch and the external window of spreading HGW business. Through this workshop, senior leaders have a more profound understanding and awareness to HGW business, and their thoughts and actions were unified, the ways and methods of sharing business were standardized, which laid a solid foundation for the rapid development of Bangladesh branch.
