On the morning of March 10, 2023, Dr. Deming Li, President of Green World Group, and Jenna Li, general manager of Nanjing Lishui Biotechnology Co., Ltd. visited Nanjing Agricultural University, the leaders of which warmly welcomed them.
Chen Ligen, Secretary of the Party Committee of Nanjing Agricultural University, Hu Feng, Vice President of Nanjing Agricultural University, and related leaders from College of Life Science, Alumni Association Office, logistics Support Department were present at the ceremony.
For a long time, Dr. Deming Li has been devoted to make contributions to her mother school, which exerted a positive influence among the teachers, students and alumni. This time, Dr. Deming Li came to Nanjing Agricultural University for visit and exchange. She hoped that the two sides can continue to cooperate closely in personnel training and scientific research, expand the depth and breadth, and achieve win-win results. Dr. Deming Li introduced the current development status and development plan of the enterprise at the meeting, hoping to strengthen the cooperation with Nanjing Agricultural University in the later stage. She expected that the enterprise could have greater ability to give back to the society while becoming stronger and bigger. Subsequently, the two sides signed a cooperation agreement. After the meeting, Dr. Deming Li also came to the College of Food Science and Technology of Nanjing Agricultural University and reached cooperation intention with the College of Food Science and Technology on the research project of food molecular level.
In 2019, Dr. Deming Li , Chairman and president of Green World Group, donated one million RMB to the project of “Fan Qingsheng Scholarship” of Nanjing Agricultural University. During the anniverary celebration of Nanjing Agricultural University in 2022, Green World (Lishui) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. donated two million RMB to the Education Development Foundation of Nanjing Agricultural University for the establishment of the "Fan Qingsheng Education Fund", which is mainly used for the construction of agricultural microbiology laboratory and the training of young teachers. Professor Fan Qingsheng is the mentor of President Deming Li and known as the “Father of Penicillin” in China. He developed the first batch of penicillin preparations in China and made outstanding contributions to the development of medicine in China. He also participated in the establishment of the first blood bank in China and initiated agricultural microbiology in China.
