Green World Myanmar branch achieved rapid development in 2022. The traditional New Year of Myanmar - Songkran Festival was coming. In order to stimulate the market to achieve greater development, Dr. Deming Li, President of Green World Group, Mr. Hongbin Li, Vice president of Green World Group and President of South American Region, and Ms. Jenna Li , general manager of Nanjing Lishui Biotechnology Co., LTD., visited Myanmar Branch on March 31, 2023 for inspection and attended the 2023 award conference. They were warmly welcomed by branch employees and distributors in the hotel lobby.
After the welcome ceremony, President Deming Li, accompanied by others, communicated with Ms. NANN KHAM, the legal representative of the branch and one of the main network leaders, and her team. President Deming Li listened to the feedback of the team and the suggestions for management of the branch, and then gave solutions and proposed new expectations for the team.
The press conference of Lan Bang Bang Bubble Tea was held at 9:00 am on April 1st in the lobby of the first floor of the Myanmar Branch. The distributors arrived at the branch early in the morning to wait for the press conference to start. President Deming Li and President Hongbin Li introduced the operation mode of Lan Bang Bang brand and the global development progress and plan for the distributors. General Manager Jenna Li personally explained the use of relevant equipments and the do's and don'ts to the distributors. The distributors attending the meeting all tasted the bubble tea which was praised by everyone. After the meeting, distributors asked about this project in detail and expressed their great willingness to cooperate with the company.
At 2:30 PM on April 1st, the 2023 commendation conference of Myanmar Branch was held at the 2nd floor of Melia Hotel. More than 400 distributor representatives from all over Myanmar attended the conference. Before the conference started, distributor representatives welcomed President Deming Li , President Hongbin Li and General Manager Jenna Li at the entrance of the conference hall. The conference was officially opened with a wonderful local folk dance.
In the cheers of the whole audience, Dr. Deming Li , President of Green World Group, delivered a speech for the conference. She said that this was her second visit to the Myanmar market, and she was impressed by the enthusiasm of the Myanmar distributors. She extended warm welcome and greetings to the participating distributors, affirmed the development of the Myanmar market and welcomed excellent distributors to participate in the China tour in September.
Then, Ms. Jenna Li, general manager of Nanjing Lishui Biotechnology Co., Ltd. introduced the Nanjing production base and promised to continue to develop new products and support Myanmar market by supplying more abundant products with better quality.
Mr. Tun Lin, one of the main leaders of the network, shared his successful experience and methods of marketing, introduced the effects of the company's main products, and did a vivid training for the distributors.
32 people respectively won Diamond Level award, One Star Diamond Level award, Two Star Diamond Level award, Three Star Diamond Level award, Tour Award and Famous Car award. President Hongbin Li, General Manager Jenna Li and President Deming Li presented awards to the winners and took group photos with them.
At last, President Hongbin Li made a concluding speech for the conference, expressing his joyful mood to see the distributors again. He also expressed his thanks and welcome to them. Then he introduced the company's development history and achievements, the situation of production base, global market distribution and development plan, encouraging distributors to do the business with enthusiasm and passion. Led by Mr. Hongbin Li, distributors together called out “Green World! Champion! Champion! Champion! Myanmar! Champion! Champion! Champion!” to boost morale. The conference came to an end in the warm atmosphere.
After the meeting, President Deming Li took group photos with each of the award-winning distributors, which will be hang on the wall of the branch office.
On the evening of April 1st, a dinner party was held at the first floor of Melia Hotel. President Deming Li and President Hongbin Li respectively made an opening speech and presented gifts to the distributors. The distributors and employees of the branch brought a well-prepared wonderful show. Everyone was singing and dancing.
In addition, in order to further know the situation of the market, President Hongbin Li also communicated with the distributors at different levels, effectively solved their problems and adopted their reasonable suggestions.
The distributor team is encouraged by the conference and they all expressed that they will be engaged in the market with higher enthusiasm. It is believed that the Myanmar market will achieve explosive growth with this conference as an opportunity.
