Dr. Deming Li, Chairman of Green World International Group, and her top management team solemnly paid their sincere farewell and high tribute to the Honorable Vincent Bamulangaki Ssempijja, former Minister of Defense of the Republic of Uganda and current Special Advisor to the President. We are grateful to Mr. Vincent Bamulangaki Ssempijja for his painstakingly traveling across the ocean to attend the Summit of Green World 30th Anniversary.
