At 11a.m. on December 9, 2024, the Agricultural Promotion Seminar of Nanjing National Agricultural High-tech Industry Demonstration Zone was held successfully in the conference hall of Green World Namibia Branch. Led by Mr. Ji Hui, Director of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Mr. Pan Yulai, Head of Stock Farming Division of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Mr. Zhang Yi, Director of Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Mr. Liu Renxiang, member of the Party Committee of Nanjing Lishui District Government & Deputy Director of Nanjing National Agricultural High-tech Industry Demonstration Zone Management Committee, Mr. Tang Xianwen, Vice President of Jiangsu Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Vocational College, and Mr. Su Weizhe, Secretary of Ganyu District Party Committee of Lianyungang, arrived Namibia to attend the seminar. In addition, Mr. Bruce Huang, General Manager of Green World Cape Town Branch, and all staff of Green World Namibia branch, as well as more than 30 local business partners also participated in the event.
On the conference, Mr. Ji Hui delivered a passionate speech, in which he specially emphasized the remarkable achievements in promoting agricultural modernization and international cooperation made by Nanjing Agricultural High-tech Industry Demonstration Zone, and expressed the firm will to further deepen the exchange and cooperation with Namibia in agricultural technology through Green World International Group. The experts and leaders attending the meeting also actively participated in in-depth discussions and exchanges on topics such as agricultural development, technological innovation and market expansion.
The participants actively expressed their opinions and exchanged their successful experiences and challenges in the field of agriculture. They discussed how to use modern technology to improve agricultural productivity, how to expand agricultural markets through innovative models, and how to upgrade agricultural skills. Through these in-depth discussions, the participants reached a number of consensus and planned to carry out more cooperation projects in the future.
