On September 24th, 2025, coinciding with South Africa’s Heritage Day, Green World Johannesburg Branch successfully held the 5th Miss & Mr. Green World Pageant. Heritage Day is a national public holiday to promote and develop the country’s rich cultural heritage. On this day, South Africans proudly wear their national dress, celebrating the diversity of their cultures, beliefs, and traditions. By combining this beloved national celebration with Green World’s idea of health and beauty, the event showcased a perfect fusion of cultural pride and the brand values. The pageant of the company had been held for four years.

Thirty-four distributors from South Africa and neighboring countries participated in four competitive rounds: casual wear, formal wear, traditional national dress, and a Green World knowledge quiz. The lively competition was filled with joy, laughter, and an atmosphere of friendly rivalry. After careful deliberation, the judges announced the winners. Tawanda Maphosa, a specialty store owner, was crowned Mr. Green World 2025. Primrose Ntobela, a seasoned distributor with multiple pageant experiences, outshone the others to win the title of Miss Green World 2025. Both winners received a cash prize of ZAR 10,000 and were awarded sashes and crowns passed down from last year’s titleholders. The runner-up and second runner-up titles went to Evis Ndlovu and Leemen Nleya in the men’s group, and to Epitome Mutingwede and Diketso Mashaba in the women’s group. They received ZAR 5,000 and ZAR 3,000 respectively, in recognition of their outstanding performance.

The success of this event once again inspired and united distributor teams, further reinforcing the Green World brand’s strong association with health and beauty and enhancing the distributors' sense of belonging to the company. The event was widely spread through social media, enabling more people who had no contact with the company to understand that Green World is a platform advocating a healthy and beautiful lifestyle, and elevating the public image of Green World in the South African market to new heights.
