On October 27th, 2025, the “2025 Jiangsu International Exchange Week on the Cooperation and Integration of Industry, Education, Research & Application”, hosted by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education, officially opened in Suzhou. With the theme of “International Cooperation and Integration of Industry, Education, Research and Application for a Shared Future”, the event brought together representatives from 96 universities, research institutes, and enterprises across 34 countries and regions. Prof. Deming Li, President of Green World International Group, Mr. Shaobo Liu, President of Green World China Region, and Ms. Qiaoying Liu, Executive Deputy Manager of Green World Nanjing Production Base, attended the opening ceremony on behalf of the Group.
During a key highlight of the event - the presentation of the “Top Ten International Industry, Education, Research & Application Collaboration Achievements of Jiangsu Universities” - Prof. Yan Zhu, Vice President of Nanjing Agricultural University (NAU), and Prof. Deming Li, President of Green World International Group, jointly unveiled the “Blueberry Cultivation Technology and Academic Exchange & Collaboration Platform”. As a representative project in agricultural science and technology among the Top Ten Collaboration Achievements, it marks a new milestone in the deepening partnership between the university and the enterprise. Other selected projects spanned areas including biopharmaceuticals, intelligent manufacturing, new energy, and cultural heritage preservation, fully showcasing Jiangsu’s comprehensive strength in international research collaboration and technology transfer.
Since January 2025, Green World International Group and NAU have been conducting systematic research on the extraction, purification, functional properties, and industrial applications of blueberry anthocyanins. Following multiple rounds of academic and technical exchanges, both sides jointly inaugurated the Fan Qingsheng Agricultural Microbiology Laboratory in October. Green World International Group has donated a total of 3.4 million RMB to support the construction of the laboratory, the establishment of scholarships, and dedicated blueberry research, effectively promoting the transformation and application of scientific achievements.
The project was selected as one of the Top Ten International Industry, Education, Research & Application Collaboration Achievements, with the special launch ceremony being held, which was the recognition for the fruitful outcomes of this collaboration, and also laid a solid foundation for future cooperation in agricultural microbiology technology and functional food development. Green World International Group will continue to strengthen collaborative innovation with universities and research institutions, enhance technological R&D and industrial integration, and make greater contributions to high-quality agricultural development.
