The two sides held in-depth talks on the transformation of agricultural technologies and international cooperation, and formally signed an industry-academia collaborative research agreement.
At the meeting, Mr. Yan Zhu, President of JAAS, introduced the Academy’s overall development, highlighting its achievements and experience in transforming agricultural research into practical applications.
Mr. Shaobo Liu, Director of the Board and President of Green World China Region, introduced Green World’s development journey, global footprint, core product portfolio, and future strategy. He noted that Green World remains firmly committed to sustainable agriculture and the nutrition and health industry, and expressed strong expectations for deep collaboration with JAAS in technology R&D and industrialization.
Witnessed by attending guests, Mr. Yiyang Yang, Deputy Director of the Institute of Leisure Agriculture at JAAS, and Mr. Shaobo Liu signed the collaborative research contract -- “Research on the Regulatory Effects of GREENWORLD Nutriplant Organic Plus Fertilizer on the Growth and Quality Formation of Tea and Coffee”.
The project aims to investigate the effects of Nutriplant Organic Plus Fertilizer (NOPF) and Trichoderma harzianum-based agents on the yield and quality of coffee and tea, facilitating the application and promotion of green agricultural technologies, which represents a substantive step forward in integrating “scientific research + industrial application”. The NOPF is developed by the research team led by Academician Shen Qirong of Nanjing Agricultural University. Additionally, the Green World Bio Trichoderma Fertilizer was obtained through systematic screening by the same team. Beyond its excellent root-promoting, growth-enhancing, and colonization capabilities, it demonstrates strong adaptability across diverse climatic and soil conditions, indicating significant potential in crop cultivation.
The research visit and agreement signing mark a new stage in cooperation between Green World and JAAS. Both parties stated that, building on this partnership, they will continue to deepen collaborative innovation in agricultural product processing, extraction of functional components, and international agricultural cooperation, jointly contributing to high-quality agricultural development and rural revitalization.
