Green World International Group’s First Overseas Daily Chemical Production Base Officially Commenced Operations in Madagascar

Recently, the first dishwashing detergent factory of Green World Madagascar Branch was officially put into operation, marking a solid milestone in the company’s global expansion strategy. As Green World’s first overseas localized production project for daily chemical and household products, the factory is dedicated to providing high-quality and affordable cleaning products for African households, while also serving as a valuable pilot plant for future localized manufacturing initiatives worldwide.

 
Since the launch of the project, Green World Madagascar Branch has successfully completed site selection, equipment procurement, overseas shipping and installation, power system adaptation, and workforce training, establishing a localized team covering production management, technical operations, logistics support, and administrative services. After systematic training, the team is now capable of independently completing equipment operation, maintenance, and basic production management, providing powerful support for the plant’s long-term and stable operation.

In response to local infrastructure conditions, the project team adopted flexible operational solutions and introduced advanced production equipment and technological processes. The factory is equipped with stable production capacity and can manufacture dishwashing detergents in multiple specifications to meet diverse market demands. At present, the relevant operational licenses have been obtained, and all the preparatory work have been completed before officially full production.
 
As Green World’s first overseas pilot project in the daily chemical products sector, the Madagascar factory completed the full cycle from construction to operation within a relatively short period. It has gradually established a production management system and organizational structure adapted to local conditions, laying a solid foundation for the company’s future expansion in Africa and other global markets.
