Recently, Green World has officially released its 2026 “Product Optimization Year” Implementation Plan, announcing a comprehensive upgrade centered on product optimization. The initiative will systematically enhance quality and performance across the entire chain - from raw materials to end-user delivery - covering the company’s five major product categories. The plan aims to establish a sustainable, replicable, and continuously evolving quality management system, while embedding the principles of self-discipline, legal compliance, and regulatory adherence throughout the optimization process, to promote the comprehensive advancement of enterprises in terms of compliance, technological innovation and market competitiveness. All improvement measures and product adjustments will strictly comply with national and international laws and regulations, ensuring lawful and compliant operations at every stage.

According to the plan, Green World will adopt a “market-oriented, customer-driven” dynamic optimization framework across its five core product lines: health supplements, health devices, skincare products, daily chemical products, agricultural products (including Nutriplant Organic Plus Fertilizer, NOPF). Products will undergo quarterly evaluations based on four key dimensions: sales performance, customer feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis. Each product will be categorized under one of three directions - Priority Upgrade, Continuous Optimization, or Phase-Out Consideration - to maintain a healthy and agile product portfolio.

In terms of raw material and supply chain, the company will reinforce the management of its self-operated cultivation bases and establish a comprehensive raw material traceability system to ensure compliance from the source. Meanwhile, Green World will further deepen its cooperation with leading research institutions, including Nanjing Agricultural University (NAU) and the Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences (JAAS), to ensure that both new product development and existing product upgrades are backed by scientific evidence and aligned with regulatory standards, particularly in formulation and functional claims.

Additionally, the company will comprehensively promote optimization measures in new product R&D, manufacturing processes, quality control, packaging, and logistics. By introducing intelligent production equipment, strengthening GMP workshop management, and implementing real-time quality data dashboards, the company aims to enhance transparency, traceability, and controllability throughout the production process. To ensure effective implementation, a cross-departmental task force has been established. Monthly progress meetings and an “Optimization Proposal” mechanism have been introduced to encourage company-wide participation and foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
To support the initiative, Green World has established a “Product Optimization Special Fund” and defined key performance indicators, including improvements in raw material qualification rates, reduction in product complaint rates, and enhancement of production efficiency. The company will systemically evaluate progress through a structured system combining quarterly self-assessments, semi-annual audits, and a comprehensive annual review.

The 2026 “Product Optimization Year” represents a significant milestone in Green World’s transition toward more systematic, digitalized, and internationalized management. It reflects the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality products to global consumers while reinforcing its foundation of lawful operation and regulatory compliance. Through this year-long initiative, Green World aims to bring safer and more reliable products to the market, aligning with both domestic and international regulatory standards and green health principles. The company reaffirms its dedication to protecting consumer rights, maintaining market integrity, and laying a solid legal and reputational foundation for sustainable development.
