The event was held on Dec. 16, 2008 at the prestigious Laico Regency Hotel which was packed to capacity by about 2000 people, among whom, we are honored to have President Green World Africa Mr. David L Zhang, General Manager Green World Kenya, Mr. Jackson Wang, Chief guest Honorable Johnson Muthama, and a host of dignitaries including high ranking Entrepreneurs, Politicians and Government Officials.

The event of the day kicked off with the playing of the National Anthems for Kenya, China and the United States Of America respectively, Kayamba Africa a renowned music group entertained guests with their melodious tunes which kept the crowds charged and anxious about what was next.

General Manager Green World Kenya Mr. Jackson Wang an eloquent, charismatic young man delivered a welcoming speech. Mr. Wang, also publicized the future marketing plan which was highlighted with the building-up of a competent team of trainers who would conduct training across major cities and towns. He concluded his speech by assuring members that they had made the right choice being in Green World and assured them of a brighter future through the company¡¯s motto, ¡¡ãWe Share, We Care.

Green World Africa President Mr. David L. Zhang delivered a keynote speech. He was welcomed to stage with a round of applause and standing ovation. He started by passing the regards of Dr. Deming Li, Chairman of Green World International, he noted that Green World has vision of sharing the treasure of traditional Chinese medicines exceptionally made through innovation and technology. Green World is spreading rapidly throughout the world eradicating unemployment with its unique marketing plan and bringing health care to its population. Thanks to the correct global marketing plan, Green World has spread itself to dozens of countries and over 100,000 distributors are distributing the Green World products and hundreds of thousands of people are enjoying the Green World products all over Africa. Green World would remain totally committed to their success even in the face of challenging and difficult circumstances.

Honorable Johnson Muthama, the chief guest, went to stage amid jubilations and a standing ovation and in his brief speech he thanked Green World on behalf f Kenyan Government for setting up office in Kenya and congratulated them for their efforts towards ensuring a healthier and wealthier life of the Kenyan people.

Then came the moment everyone had been waiting for, Mr. Zhang was joined by Honorable Muthama and Mr. Jackson all in readiness to cut the ribbon, amidst claps of joy the ribbon was cut and the air was filled with excitement as the fire crackers went on, it was a joyous moment for everyone and people danced to the tunes of kayamba Afrika, marking the official launch of Green world Kenya.

There were TVs, DVD players which were also awarded to the fast-growth distributors in recognition of their efforts and hard work.

At the ceremony, Green World further awarded to the determined and hardworking distributors with the Free International Trip to China. 19 distinguished Green World Members were qualified and they will have a week¡¯s stay in China and will visit the Green World manufacturing head office in China. At the special moment, the hall was full of joy and excitement, and all were very amazed to see the big achievements Green World Kenya has achieved during such a short period of time since September.

The climax of the day¡¯s event was the car award. Two elegant business cars were given to Mrs. Ernesta Jalipa and Mr. Daniel Mungai. They were very excited and overjoyed when they received the car keys from Mr. Zhang. In their sharing speech, they expressed their great gratitude to Green World who brought the success to them and they were more confident on the future of Green World business. According to them, Green World is the best company they have even known and they will work together with their team to make Green World more prosperous.

At the ceremony, luck raffles were also drawn. Green World caps, T-shirts,  DVD players, cameras and 10 Green World free membership were presented to the lucky attendees, which added to the lively atmosphere of the event.

A series of promotional policies for the next three months were also publicized at the ceremony.

The meeting concluded successfully and all the distributors were greatly motivated. It is a big event not only for Green World, but also for all the Kenyan people who will benefit from the best Green World products and best Green World business opportunity.
