24th June 2009, invited by Minister of Public Health of Congo(D.R.C), as the representative of Health Products industry, our company participated in "Congo(D.R.C) Domestic Medicine and Health Products Business Management Regulations" Press Conference. The conference was presided by the Minister of Public Health, Mr. Mwami MOPIPI MUKULUMANYA¡¢GENERAL SECRETARY OF HEALTH MINISTRY¡ª¡ª Doctor MIAKALA¡¢ HEALTH PRODUCTS and HEALTH HERBS ¡ª¡ªDIRECTOR OF PHARMACY£¬Pharmacist MANGA; the representative of President general office, officers at all levels of the relevant administrative departments, representative of Ministry of Public Health, representative of pharmacists and corporate representatives, altogether more than 150 persons. Among them, there were nearly 15 companies which were all formal operated enterprises selected strictly and recognized by the Ministry of Public Health, including the local well-known pharmaceutical enterprises, such as SHALINA LABORATORY¡¢ZENUFA LABORATORY¡¢CAISA PHARMA INTERNATIONAL¡¢PHATKIN LABORATORY etc.
Firstly, the Minister concluded the problem that a long time poor management of Ministry of Public Health and the relevant administrative departments and there was not a uniform law enforcement standard, in order to improve this situation, the Ministry of Public Health would introduce a series of examination and approval, management and supervision of Congo(D.R.C) domestic medicine and health products business management regulations. Later, the conference set up a question and answer session, the participating government departments and corporate representatives asked their interested questions and exchanged views with the Ministry of Public Health.
At the close of the Press Conference, Ministry of Public Health officially transferred this set of management regulations to President general office and put on records.
After the conference, as the representative of Health Products Industry, many media had an exclusive interview with our company. Our company gave a solemn statement: Thanks for Ministry of Public Health's affirmation of the strength of our company, we would fully support and actively cooperated with the new regulations, next we would continue to conduct extensive cooperation with the Ministry of Public Health, and make our effort for the health of Congo (D.R.C) people. We firmly believe that under the lead of Ministry of Public Health, It is certainly to build a more secure, self-discipline, stable and harmonious Congo (D.R.C) Health Products market.
