The venue was decorated with balloons and flowers. At the entrance, each guest was led to sign the visitor¡¯s book by our well dressed and smiling female staff. It was a bright sunny Saturday on 19th December 2009, which was a special day for Green World International Kenya Limited, as the day marked the third car and business award ceremony that was held at Carneval Hotel Conference Room, Mombasa.

         
   The ceremony was very colorful and the attendants included the General Manager Jackson Wang, Finance Manager Mr. Edison Liu, IT Manager Mr. Albert Xu and the Administration Manager Mr. Patrick Muthiga and thirty one motivated staffs who are Distributors from Kenya. Most of them come from Mombasa and its environs and Tanzania. There are new prospective distributors, including relatives and relatives of our distinguished distributors.
    The Master of Ceremony Mr. Daniel Mungai, who is an eight star distributor, led the ceremony which began by a word of prayer and then followed by the Kenyan national anthem. On board we had Ohangla entertainers who were entertaining the guests by song and dance to keep the ceremony electrified despite the high temperatures at the coastal region.    

      
    The first speaker on stage was the General Manager Jackson Wang who gave a brief and straight to the point speech about Green world Kenya on its first anniversary and 3rd car award ceremony. The climax of the ceremony was the car award. Two elegant, beautifully decorated cars parked outside the hall were to be given to the winners, 1 from Kenya; 1 from Tanzania. An electrifying and exciting mood filled the air, as the Ohangla dancers filled the hall with music. In his closing remarks, the General Manager expressed his great gratitude to Green World which brought the success to them. They were more confident about the future of Green World business. For him, Green World is the best company they have ever known and they will work together with their team to make Green World more prosperous.

    He commended the Distributors for their hard work and assured them that it is only in Green world that their dreams of good health and financial freedom would be achieved. Mr. Jackson further pointed out that in the last 12 months, Green World has been able to give 12 cars totally and send 27 people to China on the fully paid International trip and he hoped to send more distributors to china in May 2010. He also outlined his goal and vision that we are going to put our direct running shops in major cities like Nyeri, Meru and Eastern Province. We ensured that we can penetrate Burundi, Sudanand, Ethiopia and then concurrently penetrate Dubai Market. After that, we can enter Arabic countries£¬Europe ,Greece, Denmark, Russia, Ukraine and finally penetrate Egypt. Finally he saluted the car and China trip award winners, strengthened the rest of the distributors¡¯ confidence and helped to build right attitude towards life and network marketing¡£

         
    A senior pioneer distributor Christopher Adiema was ushered next through a consistently ovation and applause from the audience. He started by thanking all for attending the grand ceremony. On his address, he mentioned that Green World is a responsible corporation committed to providing Health and Financial freedom to people. He showed the General Manager Mr. Jackson Wang his tireless effort, determination and great goals for the East African market.
    Next one on stage was the IT Manager Albert Xu who informed all distributors present on the new compensation policy so as to take advantage of the lucrative sharing plan and avoid losing bonus due to lack of personal responsibility. The purpose is to avoid miscommunication and any ramous that results in a distributor losing his bonus. 

    Everyone was a winner at the Green world Kenya ceremony which made thirty DVDs being awarded to the fast growing Distributors in recognition of their hard work. The lucky winners also were given the exciting prizes which included free players, Green world T-shirts and free membership cards. A series of promotion was also publicized to celebrate the day¡¯s ceremony and in honor of the distributors¡¯ continued patronage.
