Training Helps East Africa Market Take Off

On 21st November 2010, Ms. Wang, director of Training Department of Green World Africa areas arrived Nairobi International Airport, beginning her training classes which lasted about 10 days in Green World Kenya. Invited by Mr. Mars Du, general manager of Green World East and North Africa, for the purpose of improving the distributors¡¯ products knowledge and market development ability, Ms. Wang left for Nairobi from South Africa Jonesburg, headquarters of Green World Africa. At the Nairobi airport, Ms. Wang was warmly welcomed and received by Mr. Mars Du and Mr. Jerry, manager of the Finance Department of Green World Kenya.


    On the morning of 22nd, Ms. Wang kicked off her training lectures about products knowledge and market development ability in the headquarters of Green World Kenya. Ms. Wang¡¯s professional knowledge about direct-selling industry and medical products attracted a large number of distributors to attend. All seats in the training room which could hold over 70 people were occupied, distributors going around telling the news.  


     In terms of products training, Ms. Wang classified the products by different effects and medications to meet different people¡¯s needs to products knowledge. In the 4 days of training in the headquarters of Green World Kenya, Ms. Wang presented 16 categories such as eye care series, brain care series, children series, skin care series, men series and women series and so on. The PPT slides made the profound medical knowledge easy to understand and Ms. Wang¡¯s wonderful presentation interested the distributors greatly.

    In terms of direct-selling knowledge, Ms. Wang used many sales cases and interpersonal communication psychology analysis to interpret how to attract people around you to join in and how to persuade people to purchase the products. And some senior 7* and 8* distributors were invited to share their experience. Everyone was active in discussing and expressing their own opinions with many distributors doing on-the-spot demonstration and doing sales experiments by making calls.
    In order to repay the distributors¡¯ warm support and to encourage more distributors to come for the training, after the training in Green World Kenya was over, lottery-drawing was held. The distributors who answered questions frequently, interacted and came for the training everyday were given gifts. Mr. Mars Du and Ms. Wang issued the first prize and second prize to them.

After completing the training in the headquarters of Green World Kenya, Mr. Mars Du and Ms. Wang didn¡¯t rest but went to other cities and bigger markets to do the training. They went to the specialty stores in NAKURU, MOMBASA and KISUMU where they were warmly welcomed by the distributors. There was a distributor who held Mars Du¡¯s hand after listening to the training, saying ¡°We¡¯re always expecting that our company can organize some professional training conference. Today, our dream comes true. We hope more training like this will be held in the future!¡±

In the end, when the distributors knew that Ms. Wang would fly back to South Africa on 30th, November, they were very reluctant to part with her. Some of the distributors came all the way to the headquarters, saying goodbye to her. Mr. Mars Du and Ms. Wang took group photos with the enthusiastic distributors. It is believed that the distributors of Kenya will become more professional in products and sales. This training will be bound to boost the development and prosperity of Kenya market.
