On the morning of Jan. 14, 2011, Mr. Mars Du, the general manager of northeast Africa region in Green World came to Entebbe International Airport of Uganda from the headquarter of northeast Africa, Kenya, by air. In Uganda, the general manager, Mr. Mars Du would do the inspection for two days. In Entebbe International Airport of Uganda£¬the general manager, Mr. Mars Du was warmly welcomed by Mr. Albert Xu, the general manager of Uganda branch of Green World, Mrs. Banica Xiao, the manager of the calculation department in Uganda branch of Green World, local employees and many top-level distributors of Uganda branch of Green World and accepted the flowers of Mrs. Joyce, a local employee of Green World. Before he left the airport, the general manager, Mr. Mars Du, took photos with the manager, Mr. Albert Xu, the local employees and many top-level distributors of Green World branch.

Once departing from the airport, the general manager Mr. Mars Du came to the headquarter of Uganda branch together with the top-level distributors to do the inspection restlessly. Accompanied by the general manager of Uganda branch of Green World, Mr. Albert Xu, the general manager, Mr. Mars Du communicated with many distributors who have waited the general manager Mr. Mars Du for a long time and got to know the conditions of Uganda market. The general manager, Mars Du expressed his sincere sympathy to the local employees, acknowledged what they had achieved and meanwhile encouraged them to make greater contribution for Uganda branch of Green World.

Then, the general manager, Mr. Mars Du solemnly met many distributors of Uganda branch who were very cheerful and greatly encouraged by the personal visit of Mr. Mars Du and held the distributors¡¯ conference in the training room of the headquarter of Uganda branch of Green World under the company of the manager Mr. Albert Xu In the conference, Mr. Albert Xu and Mars Du gave speeches respectively. At first, Mr. Albert Xu gave out the welcoming speech to welcome the arrival of all the distributors and the personal visit of the general manager, Mr. Mars Du, and then he recalled the history of Green World Uganda to make everyone know the development of Uganda and at last, he mainly showed the plan in 2011 to let everyone be clear about the goals Green World would achieve in 2011. Later, the general manager, Mr. Mars Du gave a macro speech about the development of Green World in order to make all the distributors better understand the present situation of Green World, its differences from Tiens and other direct selling companies and its advantages and let everyone of them firmly believe that it is right to choose Green World. After the distributors¡¯ conference, the general manager Mr. Mars Du met many top-level distributors once again and explored the development plan of Uganda branch of Green World in 2011.  In this meeting, the top-level distributors expressed their different opinions, shared many great ideas for the company and decided to make great efforts so as to make the company brand become the famous brand of Uganda. After the meeting, the general manager, Mr. Mars Du and the manager Mr. Albert Xu took photos with the distributors attending the meeting.

On the early morning of Jan. 15, 2011, the general manager Mr. Mars Du explored the marketing plan of Uganda branch of Green World in 2011 and how to make Uganda branch of Green World better improved with the manager, Mr. Albert Xu in the headquarter of Uganda branch In the communication, the general manager, Mr. Mars Du put forward many excellent ideas and suggestions that is worthy for Uganda branch of Green World to study and practice and from which the manager, Mr. Albert Xu found out more means to develop the market of Uganda branch of Green World. Mr. Albert Xu hoped that there would be more opportunities for communication with the headquarter of northeast Africa region.
