Kenya Branch Successfully Held the 2nd Top-Leader Conference

On June 16, 2011, Top-Leader Conference of Kenya Branch in June was successfully held under the extraordinary preparation of the company staffs. The top leaders from Nairobi, Nyeri, Nakuku, isumu and Mombasa and the shopkeepers from specialty stores attended this conference.
At the beginning of the conference, everyone made a self-introduction. Then, Mr. Mars Du, GM of Eastern & Northern African Region, conducted a deeper analysis about the development situation and future market plan of Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and Tanzania markets. The leaders attending this conference were greatly motivated by the achievements the company has gained in Eastern & Northern market. They said they had seen a bright future for Eastern & Northern market development and firmly believed that the whole sales team would obtain greater achievements under the leadership of the company.

After the address of Mr. Mars Du, Mr. William Su, the manager of Marketing Department in Kenya Branch, gave an overall illustration about the challenges Kenya market had to face and the measures it had to take in the future from four aspects of product supply, market promotion, company system and specialty store management. The leaders all nodded to show their agreement and gave their advice for the development of the branch company.

Next, Miss Olivia Yu, the manager of Education Department in Kenya branch, introduced the current training plan and future development programming of Branch Company. When she announced ¡°The 1st Top-leader Education Training Camp¡± would be held in Nairobi in the near future, the present leaders were all excited. They thought this kind of training could help to improve the knowledge structure, training level and leadership of distributors, and more importantly, it could build a corporate culture of harmony and unity like a family. They hoped the branch could hold more training camp activities by taking this opportunity.

The fourth part of the conference was ask & answer section for distributors in which the distributors raised some questions about market development and training program of the branch, and also gave many reasonable suggestions. The management team of the branch patiently discussed with them and answered their questions one by one.
Lastly, the branch rewarded the distributors and shopkeepers who had made their contribution for the branch development. Mr. Mars Du courteously shook hands with the rewarded distributors and encouraged them to make greater achievements.

The holding of this conference had great motivational force. The leaders confirmed their belief even stronger through this communication platform. We believed, the Eastern & Northern region would obtain greater achievements in its market development of the second half year through the efforts of everybody.
