At 11 a.m. of July 9, 2011, Green World Congo (D.R.C) branch successfully held market communication conference in the conference hall of company. Besides the storekeeper of each specialty store in Kinshasa, the storekeepers of specialty stores outside of Kinshasa also personally or sent representatives to attend this conference. At the conference, managers of the company and distributor leaders conducted detailed analysis and thorough discussion about present market situation from overall perspective, deeply summarized experiences and lessons, proposed the key point of the problems and solutions, made systematic and specific planning about Green World Congo (D.R.C) market and finally reached an agreement.
At the conference, firstly, the distributor leaders and managers analyzed the present politics, economy, medical treatment and public health level and other various aspects of Congo (D.R.C), defined the present market situation and future development tendency and pointed out the marching direction of the company in the future. And then they analyzed the situation of Green World in Congo (D.R.C) in detail, deeply pointed out the key point of the problems our company had faced. Facing the fickle market, Mr. Yuan Zhao, GM, analyzed the implementation degree of previous marketing plan and confronted problems in detail, profoundly analyzed and generalized the present situations, complemented and improved previous marketing plan, determined the primary goal and plan and formulated specific and feasible implementation steps and measures.
Then, Mr. Yuan Zhao presented a profound analysis about present education training situation of the branch in which he recalled the splendid achievements acquired in the past education training, said that we had not been blinded by flowers, and as the market developed, we had found many aspects needed to be improved. Since last month, we had carried out new training plan, although there was still a long way to go, compared with the old training system, the new system could better motivate the lecturers and storekeepers to attach importance to training effects. Next, we motivated and issued the distributors who had made outstanding achievements in three years anniversary with network upgrade awards.
