On Nov. 09, 2011, Kenyan Top Leader Summit was successfully held in the training room of the branch. This summit was a market communication conference organized by the leaders themselves. The management leaders and the staff from each regular chain also attended this conference. CHRIS, the host, summarized the satisfactory achievement brought by the recent development and progress of the company, and then the leaders began to discuss the major issues of the conference in the warm atmosphere.

The leaders successively discussed 6 issues, including the conference agenda of 2012, the market development strategy of the surrounding areas of Kenya, the building and joining issues and the regulations of Leaders Association etc. The leaders discussed warmly and gave their own ideas actively. At last, they reached consensuses on all the issues. Meanwhile, Mr. SAMMY, the leader from Uganda, introduced the spectacular event of Uganda Car-awarding Conference which greatly motivated everyone present. Mr. ERNEST MUNGAI, the car award winner, excitedly shared his successful experience and showed that Green World had made his dream come true (He joined in the China Tour of Eligible Distributors organized by Green World in May, 2011 and won the car award issued by Green World in October.).

In the afternoon, MR.MARS, the general manager of Eastern & Northern African region, presented the recent performance and development strategy of Kenyan market, stressed how to transform the thoughts to make breakthroughs and innovations and further proposed some creative suggestions and ideas. The distributors who had attended WESTGATE activity of last week also shared their experiences. After the leaders¡¯ conference, the leaders and the staff of the regular chain discussed the performance, market development and training condition of each regular chain and proposed a series of measures for market development together. The staff of the regular chain showed thanks to the headquarters for the support and concern and said they would work hard and advanced steadily according to the market strategy made by the company.
