In order to deeply understand the distribution of specialty store and market development of Green World in Uganda, formulate feasible principles and policies, and
promote the quick and healthy development of Green World Uganda market, Mr. Zhao Yuan, the general manager, visited and inspected the local markets and specialty stores from different aspects after he was transferred to Uganda from Congo Kinshasa. After returning to KAMPALA from KASESE on November 12, Mr. Zhao Yuan, DR. JOHN and MR. EMMA, a senior distributor, hurried to MASAKA and MBARARA, the southern cities of Uganda without a stop to inspect and visit the specialty stores in these two cities and organize some relevant training on November 14.

After 4 hours¡¯ training, the four people hurried to MBARARA specialty store. Before the conference, Mr. Zhao Yuan, DR. JOHN, MR. EMMA and MR. ISAAC communicated and discussed the market information, exchanged some opinions about the market, and formulated new market plan.

On the morning of the second day, the responsible person of our company communicated with that of specialty store at first before the training, exchanged their ideas and experiences, and gave their substantial suggestions to the expansion and development of specialty store. Having listened to the suggestions, the storekeeper guided the staff to adjust part of the work and distribution of the specialty store, which is refreshing and meets the company CIS better. At 9: 30, the training started officially. The storekeeper firstly introduced the development and advantages of Green World which gained everyone¡¯s recognition. Then DR. JOHN trained them the knowledge of disease and product packages and let people have a direct and deep understanding of disease pathology and efficacies of company products through the play and explanation of PPT. Next, DR. JOHN and MR. EMMA trained the people the knowledge of new products and business plan. Everyone carefully took notes and absorbed the knowledge without losing any time.
The joyful gathering was always too short and over 4 hours¡¯ training was over too quickly in everyone¡¯s warm discussion. They shook hands with the responsible person and lecturers to bid farewell and thanked for this professional training. They hoped the company would often organize the similar training and promised they would meet the expectations of the company and obtain brilliant achievement to prove themselves!
