From 27th¡ª28th June, 2013, Green World Group Congo-Brazzaville Branch held Distributor Training Session. The session was held from these three aspects: the development strategy of Green World Group, the strategic plan of Congo-Brazzaville Branch in the second half year, and the special training for distributors. From this session, distributors had a clear understanding of the development and future plans of Green World Group and Congo-Brazzaville Branch. In addition, it also improved their network development ability and selling skills, and extended product knowledge.
The session started accompanied by the warm applause of all the staff from Congo-Brazzaville Branch. Mr. Deng Yongjun, the general manager of Green World Group Congo-Brazzaville Branch, delivered a passionate speech. Mr. Deng firstly introduced to distributors the grand occasion of Green World Group International Meeting held in Indonesia days ago; and then he introduced the strategic plan of Congo-Brazzaville Branch in the second half year, and proposed some constructive and practical explanations for distributors about how to strengthen the network maintenance.

Mr. Deng made a detailed and professional explanation about how to develop network, how to invite new people, and how to sell products. Besides, knowledge quiz and scenario simulation interlocution were inserted into the session, which let the distributors master the product knowledge and improve the selling skills in a relax and happy atmosphere.

Dr. MALONGA, an excellent distributor of Congo-Brazzaville Branch, introduced the medical health care function of Green World products from the standpoint of a professional physician. His humorous explanation style aroused distributors¡® deep interests, and distributors kept consulting him on effects of products. Especially, a product beneficiary shared his feelings after he took Green World products, and talked about his symptoms and the magical effects of Green World products. Mr. Garcia, the assistant of general manager of Congo-Brazzaville Branch, introduced products of the branch office in detail, and gave a lecture on cerebral circulation, male health care, bones and joints, human immunity, detoxication, respiratory system, stomach health care, etc. Mr. Garcia professionally elaborated human body structure and the key role that Green World products played in human body structure, which won rounds of applause from distributors.

After over 20 hours¡® comprehensive training in two days, distributors had got a comprehensive understanding towards products, systems, and network development of the company. After the training, distributors talked freely with Chinese staff about their harvest and feelings. Besides, they especially wished that branch office could organize more sessions like this, so that they could master and use the professional direct selling knowledge to realize their success on their career. When the session was ended, in view of the hard work during the training in these two days, branch office invited attendants to a working dinner. The session came to a successful conclusion in a warm atmosphere.
