On November 6th and 7th, 2014, the ¡°Top Leader Market Seminar¡± organized by Green World Group South Asia Pakistan Branch was convened in Rawalpindi. The Pakistan Branch management team and top leaders from each Pakistan market attended the meeting.

The purpose of this seminar was to standardize the construction of distributor team, promote healthy, fast and steady development of Pakistan market and lay solid foundation for Pakistan Branch to achieve faster and better development in 2015.

Ms. Louisa Liu, general manager of Green World Group South Asia Pakistan Branch, made a speech. Ms. Liu expressed heartfelt gratitude to all distributor leaders who made contributions to the cause. She stressed that the seminar was a platform of conversation and communication, and a meeting combining open mind and innovation.

Ms. Liu demonstrated various data of Pakistan Branch in 2014, analyzed and concluded in detail the sales targets reached in 2014, TOP products sales status, network structure and distribution, and various indexes compared with the same period last year, then presented new requirements for the sales targets in 2015.

Ms. Liu proposed ¡°Healthy Network¡± concept and sales incentive plan and inspired leaders to solidify their teams, focus on team construction, actively expand market, and enhance training and education to acquire new achievements in the new year.

Mr. Tufair, manager of Green World Group South Asia Pakistan Lahore Branch, made a speech, in which he retrospected the promotion plan of 2014, urged all top leaders to recheck their achievements with their teams and encouraged everyone to fight for sales targets and scale new heights.

In the open discussion of the seminar, leaders from Rawalpindi, Multan and Peshawar actively spoke, discussed, shared data and proposed rational and constructive suggestions on aspects such as incentive plan, promotion policy and marketing decision etc. They contributed ideas and exerted efforts for the future development of Pakistan Branch and the branch management team participated all along.

To better serve the market, the seminar invited Mr. Moeen Malik, training manager of South Asia Region, and Mr. Nauman, finance manager of Rawalpindi Branch, to make speeches. Mr. Moeen Malik shared the positive effects of training and education achieved in Pakistan market in 2014, presented training suggestions and new plan based on the market situation at this stage, and urged all leaders to attach importance to system building and lay solid foundation for sustainable development with education as impetus. Mr. Moeen Malik also introduced the preparation plan for the 4th anniversary annual meeting of Green World Pakistan Branch. Mr. Nauman conducted specialty store management training including new specialty store administrative regulations, specialty store performance management process and report standardization.

General manager Ms. Louisa Liu hosted the discussion meeting. She stressed the importance of balanced and healthy development of teams, and urged leaders to focus on, support and consolidate teams, and actively step out to develop new markets. Ms. Liu expressed that the company would pay close attention to the development of every team of every region and where there were the teams, there would be the leaders and training and education of the company. Ms. Liu also encouraged the trainers to be active and carry the basic education and training through to the end.

After the meeting, leaders winning the car awards held a special meeting in which general manager Liu evaluated the performance of every one of them in 2014 and asked them to be good examples for their teams, value the honor and make more contributions to the development of Green World in Pakistan.

The two days meeting came to a successful end and all attendees were greatly motivated, who returned to the market in high spirits to continue their efforts for the 4th anniversary annual meeting to welcome 2015.
