On February 28, 2015, 2014 Green World Group Tanzania Branch Car Awarding Conference was grandly held in Blue Pearl Hotel of Dar es Salaam, the capital of Tanzania, with colored flags fluttering in the wind and filling with songs and laughter. Mr. David L. Zhang, vice president of Green World Group and president of Green World African Region, attended this grand conference. Ms. Yao Ma, general manager of Green World Group Tanzania Branch, and distributor representatives from Tanzania, Kenya and Zambia joyfully stepped into the conference hall. About 400 distributors attended the conference.

Mr. David L. Zhang, vice president of Green World Group and president of Green World African Region, delivered an exciting speech. Firstly, he expressed heartfelt congratulations to distributors winning awards on the conference and encouraged them to make persistent efforts. Then, Mr. David L. Zhang shared with everyone the development history of Green World Group and made analysis on the strategic planning of Green World in African region: With stable social environment and relatively good economic development level, Eastern Africa plays an important role in Green World overall strategic planning in African region. Tanzania is one of the important member countries in Eastern Africa, thus the company placed high expectations on the future of Tanzania market and hoped the local management personnel united with distributors and strived to promote the performance of Tanzania branch.

Ms. Yao Ma, general manager of Green World Group Tanzania Branch, made a welcoming address. She concluded the performance of Tanzania in 2014 and made initial explanation on the next marketing plan: the company will transfer the market emphasis to Dodoma, Arusha and Iringa, strengthen the support to the recruits and bring health and wealth to more people of Tanzania.

At the conference, Fast Growth Award was presented to distributors, among whom 48 people won DVD award, 4 people won TV award and 4 people won microwave oven award. With singing and dancing performance, the atmosphere of the conference became more and more exciting.

China Tour Award was also presented at the conference, which more activated the atmosphere. There were 12 people winning Green World China Tour Award in 2014, among whom 4 people would participated 2015 Spring Tour activity, which was undoubtedly an essential part in the development history of Green World Tanzania Branch.

At the conference, the excellent specialty shops with good performance throughout 2014 were awarded. No.T006 and No.T019 specialty shops with better performance won oven award. No. T003 and No. 022 specialty shop with the best performance won laptop award.

Business Car awarding ceremony pushed the atmosphere to the climax. In the warm applause, 4 excellent distributors winning business car awards namely MBUYA¡¢HLIDA¡¢HANSHA¡¢CECYLIA went onto the stage to receive the commendation.4 business cars were awarded in one calendar year, which was the first time in the history of Green World Tanzania branch. Ms.Thembi Ngidi, the distributor from South Africa, brought an excellent speech which added brilliance to this conference. For the local distributors of Tanzania, this was a rare opportunity to know Green World in all ways.

After the conference, Mr. David L. Zhang with Chinese management personnel of Tanzania branch hospitably entertained present senior distributors. Distributors all expressed that the complete success of this conference increased their confidence and they would be always moving forward to get greater success together with Green World and try their best to live up to the high expectations of Dr. Deming Li, president of Green World Group, and Mr. David L. Zhang, vice president of Green World Group and president of Green World African Region.
