On the evening of July 23, 2015, Mr. David L. Zhang, vice president of Green World and president of Green World African Region, arrived at Lagos of Nigeria. Regardless of tiredness of the journey, he genially talked with Mr. Hao Shang, manager of Green World Nigeria Lagos Branch. They together analyzed the severe challenge now Nigerian market was faced with and scheduled the working arrangement in next following days.
On the morning of July 24, Mr. David L. Zhang arrived at Lagos branch and expressed his sincere greeting to the staff of branch office. Then he inspected the environment of branch and proposed some improvement plans.

Next, Mr. David L. Zhang genially talked with Opaleye Joseph Abayomi, the highest level distributor in Ogbomosho region. They discussed the related issues about OPP conference would be held on July 27 in Ogbomosho region. On the afternoon of July 24, managers and vice managers of other Nigeria branches successively arrived at Lagos branch. Mr. David L. Zhang discussed with them the related topics on Nigeria Branches Management Conference would be held next day (July 25).
On 10 a.m. of July 25, Nigeria Branches Management Conference was held in the conference room of Lagos branch as scheduled. Mr. David L. Zhang firstly made brief introduction on the main topics of the conference. Then, managers of the branches successively presented the working conclusion of the first half of 2015 and the working plan in the second half of 2015. At the conference, everyone actively made statements, raised problems and proposed solutions. The conference achieved good effect and everyone all expressed that they would put the consensus reached at the conference into practice after returning to the branches.

On July 27, Mr. David L. Zhang, vice president of Green World and president of Green World African Region, Mr. Hao Shang, manager of Nigeria Lagos Branch and Ms. Ruijie Xu from Green World West Africa Education and Training Department, drove to Ogbomosho to participate the OPP conference attended by about a thousand people. All the seats of the conference hall were occupied. Everyone excitedly stood to welcome the coming of Mr. David L. Zhang with the warmest applauses. On the conference, President Zhang made a speech about the development history and the future planning of the company, which motivated every present distributor who all expressed that they more specifically knew Green World and its global development strategy. The excellent speech got warm response from distributors.

After the conference, President Zhang specially convoked a forum attended by more than 10 senior distributors of the region. He successively answered the questions concerned by distributors who were delighted and satisfied with the results.
On July 28, President Zhang met the responsible officer of the local agricultural association in Lagos of Nigeria. Knowing the agricultural output in the region using Green World Nutriplant Organic Plus Fertilizer got substantial increase, he was very interested in Green World Nutriplant Organic Plus Fertilizer and hoped this product to be greatly promoted in Nigeria.
On July 29, President Zhang left for the specialty store of Ms. Francis Ngozi, honorary chairman and the highest level distributor in Lagos of Nigeria, and attended the welcoming activity held there. He delivered an ebullient speech in which he praised the hard works distributors had made and hoped everyone to make persistent efforts to create resplendence again. Distributors were greatly encouraged and expressed that they would like to be together with the company to make Green World larger and stronger in Nigeria.

Through this inspection to Nigeria of President Zhang, the working staff of branch offices and all the distributors were greatly inspired to be more determined and enthusiastically further expand the market and the morale of the management team of branch offices and the distributor team was also greatly promoted. Everyone was full of confidence in the development of Green World in Nigeria and all expressed that they would meet all the challenges with more active mental status and expected Green World to achieve larger progress in Nigeria.
