Green World Calabar Branch distributors training conference was held in Akwua Ibom, Uyo, Nigeria on August 15, 2015, on which the development strategy of this region in later period was discussed and a consensus was reached with local distributors. Systematic and comprehensive training was conducted for present distributors to further strengthen the understanding of Green World products and system. Mr. Xinwen Zhang, general manager of Green World Nigeria Calabar Branch, Mr. Sam Wang, deputy general manager, Ms. Alice Xu, trainer of Nigeria region, attended the conference along with over 200 local distributors. 
Akwua Ibom, Uyo locates the southernmost Nigeria with various problems such as inconvenient transportation and communication, while local distributors are positive and active for a long time. Calabar branch has always paid close attention to the product needs of local people and once assuming the post as general manager, Mr. Xinwen Zhang intensely arranged a lot of relative meetings, formulated a series of countermeasures aiming at the development of the region and contacted network leaders to determine the meeting time and process. At 12:20 of August 15, 2015, the Calabar branch representatives arrived the province after four and half hours’ driving. After greetings, they headed for the conference hall for the distributors training conference. 
At first, Mr. Xinwen Zhang, general manager of Green World Nigeria Calabar Branch, went onto stage for the welcoming speech, thanking everyone for their extraordinary contribution to Green World business through the ages, hoping local distributors would keep positive state and share their own success experience to help more Green World distributors win health and wealth, at the same time, Mr. Zhang also introduced the development progress of Green World and present situation of Calabar Branch to everyone, looking into the distance of the bright future of Green World business in Nigeria market which greatly inspired the present distributors.

Mr. Sam Wang, deputy general manager of Green World Nigeria Calabar Branch, introduced the marketing plan specifically made for Uyo province by the company, explained the technique and methods needed during the market development, stressed the three key factors (attitude, diligence, knowledge) to success and encouraged everyone to attend training organized by the company and specialty stores. Present distributors responded enthusiastically showing great confidence and impetus.
Next, Ms. Alice Xu, trainer of Nigeria region, systematically and comprehensively brought relevant training on products and business plan of the company making everyone understand how to develop their team, difference between Green World and other competing companies, why choose Green World business etc. Present distributors listened carefully the trainer’s explanation and introduction and took notes every now and then making a harmonious atmosphere of the conference hall.

 

Afterwards, the attendees started to raise questions and general manager Mr. Zhang of Calabar Branch gave patient answers which won satisfaction responses from questioners. Meanwhile, the conference organizer Mr. NSIDIBE ASUQUO UTTAH, owner of specialty store No. 171 completed the answers in good time and gave further explanation from the aspect of the front line of market. 

 

After the questioning and answering part, the conference came to the phase of products sharing, and product beneficiary Mr. TRF FRMUZOHA EMMANUEL was invited, according to whom, an accident a year and half ago caused injury to his left leg and he had to use crutch. Long time of suffering made him miserable, however, after taking Green World Joint Health Plus Capsule he was on the mend and about seven months later he could walk normally. During the sharing, he choked with sobs and lost words for a time.
