On April 2, 2016, led by Mr. Wentao Su, manager of Green World Kenya Branch, the lecturer team came to the famous “long-distance race town”—Eldoret, a small town located in the southwest of Kenya, to convene the commendation activity for the distributors who have good performance in the sales promotion activity of latter half of the year 2015 and meanwhile conduct the training on Green World Nutriplant Organic Plus Fertilizer on the conference.

 

Firstly, Ms. LUCY, the Two Star Manager, made an incentive speech, in which she talked about how Green World changed her life: She not only owned healthy body, but also had a wealthy life. Her speech got the high approval of present distributors and ignited the passion of all the distributors.
Then, Mr. Wentao Su, manager of Green World Kenya Branch, made an address in which he expressed appreciation to the distributors for their unremitting efforts and hoped everyone unite together to create resplendence once again. Afterwards, he announced the new sales promotion activity and the introduction of new product. The address of Manager Su won the warm applause of the audience.
Afterwards, Mr. Xiang Gao, Green World agriculture technician, conducted the training on Green World Nutriplant Organic Plus Fertilizer and gave professional answers to some problems concerned by everyone. Distributors carefully listened the answers and expressed that there were numerous kinds of plants in Kenya, while the categories of marketing organic fertilizer were limited, thus they had full confidence in the market prospect of Green World Nutriplant Organic Plus Fertilizer.

The branch office also prepared small gifts for the present guests. After getting the prize, distributors were quite excited and the atmosphere was full of joy.

 

Ms. Ruijie Xu, Nigeria training lecturer, presented the awards to the distributors who had good performance in the sales promotion activity of Kenya branch in the latter half of the year 2015, which pushed the conference to the climax.
  

The conference came to a complete end. It greatly encouraged distributors in Eldoret area. On one hand, their efforts got approval and returns; on the other hand, the company brought them the new product and the new policy, which further strengthened their determination and courage to continuously expand the market. We believe that Green World business would bring health and wealth to more people in Eldoret area.
