Market express – Green World Zimbabwe Branch Commendation Conference of the Mid-Year
                                            ------ A Green Trip in Africa

On June 25th, 2016, Green World Zimbabwe Branch Annual Commendation Conference of the Mid-Year was officially held in the capital Harare. Harare, the capital of Zimbabwe, is the economic, political and cultural center of the country. Each season there seems like spring with the climate cool and pleasant. With neat city layout, beautiful environment, fresh and blooming parks and exuberant greenbelt, its modernization degree is comparable to European cities. Green World members gathered together in this brilliant place and witnessed the Green World Zimbabwe Branch Commendation Conference of the Mid-Year which was prepared for a long time.

Before the official start of the conference, Green World fellows entered the meeting place orderly with high spirits. Some of them were distributors, some were lecturers, and some were people who were to join the big Green World family. The luxury cars with flags with Green World logo were parking at the gate of the meeting place, which would be issued as a reward to the Green World sales elites today. Their success inspired everyone again and again that we should believe if we had a big heart, we would have a big dream and if we had a big dream, we would have a big future.

Mr. Zhijun Ji, general manager of Green World Zimbabwe Branch, Mr. Tendai, Senior distributor and more than 800 Green World family members attended this conference. Participants would exchange views and give their opinions on the company’s development prospects, as well as award excellent distributors to encourage them.

The mid-year conference was elaborately arranged. Staff put into great efforts to every detail, from the choosing of the conference location to the interior decoration. The meeting place appeared in front of people with a feeling of strong visual shock. People were all around with all seats occupied. The participants’ eyes revealed their longing for a happy life and passion striving to make progress.

Firstly, general manager Mr. Ji delivered a speech. First of all, he expressed his heartfelt thanks to the guests present. Honored guests responded with thunderous applause. Looking back  on the past and looking to the future, he made a plan on how to improve the product sales in today’s tough economic circumstances and encouraged everybody to move firmly towards the same direction. Besides, he inspired everyone to set up a new era of sales industry, to overcome difficulties jointly and to endeavor in making happy lives. The speech pushed the conference to a climax. Applause was all around and quickly ignited the passion of all members.

The following was the exciting moment of prize presentation. Prize winners went to the stage to accept their prizes full of excitement. The prizes included a series of awards such as Car Award, China Tour Award and Household Appliance Awards, etc. With bright smiles on their face, the winners were heartfelt proud of their achievement achieved through their industrious hands.

35 distributors won Tour Promotion Award in Zimbabwe in 2015.

16 distributors of Zimbabwe won Promotion Award of One Week South Africa Tour in 2015.

From 2013 to now, there were 10 distinguished distributors who had obtained the Car Award, who were Tendai, Auddette, Michael, Tabeth, Tsitsi, Ngonidzashe, Magret, Esther, Chiwara, Kennedy.

When the winner Chiwara Mavis picked up the microphone to deliver her acceptance speech, she choked with sobs. Everybody could see her bitterness and hardship from her tears. She was the most beautiful spokesperson of Green World Zimbabwe Branch – Mavis.

Mr. Tendai was one of the most outstanding distributors in Zimbabwe. He successfully upgraded to One-Star Director from 2012 when he joined our company to April of this year. No matter the awards included in the compensation plan of the company, or the promoted award formulated by Zimbabwe Branch, Mr. Tendai all obtained one after another. Meanwhile, he had been to many countries to give lectures and trainings.
In the last segment, Mr. Tendai gave an inspired speech which got continuous applause and made the whole audience in warm atmosphere. Moreover, he interacted with participants from time to time, adding a colorful part to the conference, as well as pushing the conference to a new climax.

Then Green World Zimbabwe Branch Commendation Conference of the Mid-Year came to a complete success. Distributors took group photos to mark the occasion one after another. We hoped that they would make persistent efforts and create Green World’s new wonders of sales.

Achievements made by Green World Zimbabwe Branch were not only the honor of the company, but also the pride of each member. Corporate culture of the company banded everybody together closely to create a better future for everybody. Humanized management of the company made each member have a deep sense of belonging. Everybody was attentive, cautious and conscientious, striving to build a better future together. We believed under the guidance of Green World overall strategic thinking, Zimbabwe Branch would create a more brilliant future.
