On August 1, 2018,  Embu was sunny with bright blue skies. Staff of Green World Kenya Branch together with the International Business School and a team of high-level leaders from the capital Nairobi arrived at Embu to hold the OPP training seminar and a lecture on "health products" at the Penesic Hotel. Nearly 180 people from the local and surrounding areas attended the training.
Kenya’s high-level leaders——Ms. Lucy Miano, 3-star manager, and Mr. Simon Njunjiri, 2-star manager, from the capital Nairobi led a team to inspire the participants and encourage them to be dedicative  and realizing their dreams through the Green World business. The leaders in the training shared their feelings about traveling to China, and encouraged the team to actively expand the market and strive for the qualification of China Tour.
The training ended in the warm and cheerful song "Green World - Flying Higher", and all Leaders sang and danced, pushing the training to a climax. After the training, the leaders of each team held a "post-training meeting" for their own team to set the next goal and motivate the team to move towards higher standards and performance levels. The standard and effective "post-training meeting" marks the outstanding leadership and professionalism of the Kenyan leadership team.
