On September 26th, highly valued by the company's leaders, the Green World Staff Training Session on the theme of “Unity & Progress” was held as scheduled in the multi-functional conference hall on the first floor and staff of all departments attended the training.
The purpose of this training is to deepen all staffs' understanding of corporate culture and product concept, strengthen team cohesion, improve business skills and service skills, and prepare for better serving the market.
The scene of the training session
At the beginning of the session, Mr. Jian Zhang, Executive Deputy General Manager of World (Tianjin) Nutrition & Health Food Co., Ltd, delivered a speech, clarifying the significance and importance of this training, summarizing the company's training in the first half of the year and praising everyone's active participation. He also said that although different positions have different requirements, in order to better adapt to the needs of the company's development, it was the general trend to continuously improve the overall quality and ability and strengthen the sense of service. At the end of the speech, Mr. Zhang expressed his wish that all staff could benefit from the training, be able to understand the company's corporate culture more deeply, share weal and woe with the company and enhance the sense of mission as a staff of the company.

Ms. Huadan Zheng, a lecturer from the education department of Green World China Region, explained the history of the industry and corporate culture for everyone to make all staff understand the industry attributes and Green World future development direction, calling on everyone would unite as one and work together to achieve common goals.

On this training, Mr. Hua Zhao, Deputy General Manager of World (Tianjin) Nutrition & Health Food Co., Ltd, Vice Director of Green World International Business School and Deputy Chief Engineer of R & D Department, was specially invited to explain Green World health product concept of "clearing, resisting, regulating and nourishing" that is first removing body toxins, then resisting oxidation, regulating viscera functions, and finally nourishing the body, with the aim of enabling all staffs to know Green World's health concept , spread it, then better serve the market.

Mr. Niancheng Wang, Deputy General Manager of Green World China Region, illustrated the course with the theme of "Sincerity, Understanding, Solidarity and Fraternity" for everyone. During the training process, Mr. Wang combined education with pleasure and gave a simple explanation on personal growth planning and team development through interaction, game playing and questioning, which not only fully stimulated everyone's enthusiasm for learning, but made everyone benefit a lot.
