On July 8, 2019, Green World African Region Uganda Branch together with Green World International Business School held OPP in kampala, the capital of Uganda. Mr. Junfeng Ren, general manager of Green World Uganda Branch, Ms. Rainie Wang, the executive director of Green World International Business School, and Mr. Mingyu Li, the excellent international lecturer, attended the meeting.  
Firstly, Mr. Junfeng Ren, general manager of Green World Uganda Branch, made an address. Then, Mr. Mingyu Li, the excellent international lecturer, gave a presentation of Green World Business. Ms. Rainie Wang, the executive director of Green World International Business School, conducted the demonstrative experiment about the effect of Green World Blueberry Juice and explained the knowledge of Green World Nutriplant Organic Plus Fertilizer in detail. 
The senior leaders who participated the meeting respectively shared their experiences of success and talked about how they solved their health problem with the help of Green World products and how they got rid of the past poor life and started the new life without worrying about the food or clothing as well as how they successfully obtained Green World Tour Award and Car Award. 
The speeches were always interrupted by applause and cheers. There were about 20 people who joined in Green World on the meeting.

The newcomers came to the stage to actively join in Green World

Afterwards, during the four days from July 9 to July 12, the TOT was held in the conference room of Uganda Branch. The branch office elaborately choose 53 trainees to attend the TOT.
 The 53 trainees were divided into 6 groups to participate in the training courses including compensation plan, key product explanation and demonstration, meeting organizing techniques, the right mentality and leadership, etc. Then the important roles in OPP such as the host, keynote speaker, product demonstrator and sharing speaker in each group were selected. All groups conducted the practice and competition, which were also evaluated on the scene.   
In the warm atmosphere, the meeting organizing ability and speech ability of all groups were rapidly improved.

In warm atmosphere, the lecturer trainees actively participated in the activities

On July 12, the date of completion and judgement was coming. The trainees were full of spirit and energy and strived to make the best performance. Ms. Rainie Wang and Mr. Mingyu Li, as the judges, seriously gave the trainees scores as per their performance. 
Through the strict evaluation, finally the group of Ms. “legacy”won the championship, meanwhile as per their performance, there were 44 trainees passed the evaluation and obtained the qualification of “TOT”lecturers. 
Mr. Junfeng Ren, general manager of Green World Uganda Branch, issued the qualification certificates to the 44 trainees. In the flickers of flash lamp, the excited moment was recorded.

After presenting the certificates and taking a group photo, Mr. Junfeng Ren, general manager of Green World Uganda branch, encouraged everyone and said that this was just the end of the training course, the hardheaded market training was the real beginning and was the test of the strength. The market training was the place that created great achievements. 
The trainees were all full of passion and confidence, they expressed that they would live up to the expectation of the company and thanked the company for the support and trust to them.
