On July 1, 2019, Green World Uganda Branch together with the lecturers of Green World International Business School came to Kabale -- a western city with picturesque scenery, where an OPP was held.
Nearly 60 people attended the OPP. Distributors actively shared their experience using Green World products, among whom a farmer brought the harvested tree tomatoes and lemons by using Green World Nutriplant Organic Plus Fertilizer. The fruits are plump, big and brightly colored, which were highly praised by the attendees. The humorous hosting style, fascinating sharing speeches and the close cooperation of the leaders of the OPP brought confidence and hope to the local attendees.
After the meeting, Mr. Junfeng Ren, general manager of Green World Uganda Branch, led the lecturers of Green World International Business School to visit the specialty shop in Kabale with brilliant facilities and multiple ways of operation and kindly communicated with the distributors coming to the specialty shop to purchase the products.

OPP in Ntungamo
On July 2, 2019, Green World Uganda Branch and the International Business School came to Ntungamo, an agricultural town in the west, where a large scale OPP was held in the spectacular town hall. At 9:30 in the morning, two Green World leaders held high the flag to clear the way, and led by the heroic military band, the participants carried out a unique and unprecedented parade, attracting pedestrians to stop and watch.
After a formal parade of leaders, local government officials spoke to welcome Green World Chinese Staff to Ntungamo to help local farmers develop organic agriculture and expressed support and gratitude for the contribution of Green World Nutriplant Organic Plus Fertilizer to local agriculture.
Distributors shared the experience of using Green World Nutriplant Organic Plus Fertilizer and other health care products. Farmers brought musa, sugar cane, papaya and white radishes cultivated with Green World Nutriplant Organic Plus Fertilizer which were with high quality compared with the same kind of crops in terms of size, taste and weight, obtaining high praise from the audience.The leaders shared their experience of how they overcame difficulties to follow Green World and successfully won the China tour award and car award, and encouraged the participants to actively respond to the call of the local government to make full use of Green World Nutriplant Organic Plus Fertilizer to develop ecological agriculture and find a unique way to get rich.
More than 500 people attended the OPP. Inspired by 7-star leader Ms. Nimwebaza Allen, 79 newcomers decided to join the big family of Green World. Most of these people are farmers. Through this meeting, they felt the importance of developing ecological agriculture and were eager to cooperate with Green World.

OPP in Mbarara
On July 3, Green World Uganda Branch and the International Business School came to Mbarara where an OPP meeting was held. With the singing and dancing of the distributor leaders, Green World OPP meeting formally began.
Ms. Nimwebaza Allen, the local 7-star distributor leader, organized and hosted this OPP meeting. The China tour award winners and car award winners respectively shared their experiences. The beneficiaries of Green World Nutriplant Organic Plus Fertilizer made addresses in which they shared their experiences and showed the pictures of different kinds of crops after using Green World product. They also presented the large plantains, white radishes and sugar cane cultivated with Green World Nutriplant Organic Plus Fertilizer to the Chinese staff to express their gratitude to Green World.
Stimulated by the team leaders, over 20 people joined in the big family of Green World and actively attended the primary training for distributors afterwards.

Mbarara Distributor Basic Training
After OPP in Mbarara, a 2-day distributor basic training was held in the city by international business school. Systematic training was conducted on how to organize OPP, the knowledge of key health care products and Nutriplant Organic Plus Fertilizer, start-up of newcomers, mentality and leadership. After the training, major team leaders organized after-meeting seminars and organized team members to conduct in-depth learning and practice.
