1. Kumasi Opportunity Presentation and Training
On August 17th, 2019, the delegation from Green World International Business School arrived in Ghana to kick off the series training in West Africa. An opportunity presentation was held in Kumasi from 20th to 23rd August, followed by a three-day training for leaders.
Ms. Vivian, Manager of Kumasi Branch, delivered a speech on behalf of Kumasi management staff and distributors, welcomed the International Business School lecturers and invited local distributors and newcomers to attend. During the training, Kumasi training room was filled with enthusiastic audience. The leaders studied the standardized opportunity presentations and successfully held a Green World OPP. New distributors took to the stage to show their determination to join Green World family and happily shared their new product - Blueberry Juice.
During the training for leaders, Ms. Rainie Wang, Head of Green World International Business School, introduced Blueberry Juice, Wake - Jiuqingqing and Clear - Changjingjing solid beverages, and analyzed some familiar old products in detail. Mr. Alfred Li gave detailed lectures on leadership, mindset, the basic quality of lecturers and the beginning steps for new distributors. Distributors actively participated in every link of the training, not only tasted the new products and shared their own experience after using, but also conducted product demonstrations by themselves. After the four-day OPP and training, everyone said that they have benefited a lot from the trainings and looked forward to having more training arrangements in the future.

2. Accra Opportunity Presentation and Training
From August 26th to August 30th, after Kumasi OPP and training, lecturers of Green World International Business School returned to Accra to hold an OPP and a four-day training for leaders during which a detailed business plan was added on the basis of Kumasi training. Accra leaders not only participated in the entire training, but also conducted OPP practices in groups. Isaac, head of Education and Training Department of Ghana Branch, together with lecturers of International Business School, commented on the performance of each participant in the group practice and presented certificates to the participants. After the training, Mr. Bright Yaokomal, 3 Star Manager, also the top leader of Ghana, gave a motivating speech and encouraged everyone to transform what they had learnt at the training into marketing activities. He said that Ghanaian distributors would regain the leading position and leading role of Ghanaian market in West Africa through teamwork. Leaders hoped that lecturers from Green World International School could have a long-term cooperation with Ghana Branch to jointly promote the prosperity and development of Ghana market.
