On September 13th, 2019, Green World Zambia Branch successfully held the Annual Elite Training & Awarding Ceremony of the year 2019.
The main participants were: Mr. Xiaowei Liu, general manager of Zambia Branch, Mr. Zhijun Ji, general manager of Zimbabwe Branch, Mr. Noel Banda, sales assistant of Malawi Branch and Mr. Johny, sales assistant of Zimbabwe Branch. Moreover, some excellent shop-owners were invited including Mr. Jerome Lutangu, the owner of shop No. 032, Ms Chipanta Prisca, the owner of shop No. 015 and Ms Maureen Nyrenda, the owner of shop No. 018. Mr. Ngoni and Mr Paul, senior distributors of Zimbabwe Branch were also invited for participation. Approximately 200 excellent distributor representatives came to attend the conference from various regions of Zambia, Malawi, Congo-Kinshasa and Zimbabwe.

Firstly the branch general manager Mr. Xiaowei Liu made a welcoming speech and delivered a passionate speech. He welcomed and thanked to the guests attending this celebration, and expressed his warm congratulations to winning distributors. Mr. Liu briefly reviewed and concluded the work of Zambia Branch in the past time, and planned and deployed the work in the future. Meanwhile, Zambia Branch will spare no effort to develop the market of Congo-Kinshasa in 2020.

Mr. Obby Muwanyanguba and Ms Chipanta Prisca made a series of comprehensive training on the products of Green World. Moreover, they made a special training for Green World’s newly launched products, especially Green World Nutriplant Organic Plus Fertilizer. Green World Nutriplant Organic Plus Fertilizer passed the inspection of Zambia National Ministry of Agriculture recently, and we believe that this product will have a huge impact on the distributors in agriculture and even the healthy development of agriculture in Zambia.

Moreover, the professional training such as vocational training and business planing was also arranged at the conference.
After training, it came to the awarding ceremony. Main awards presented at this ceremony are: 30 rapid growth awards, 4 China tour awards, 2 outstanding contribution awards and 1 best shop of the year. Meanwhile, the Branch presented the big award of 2019 – 3 business car awards!

Award-winning distributors celebrated their success with songs and dance.
The Branch specially invited Zambian Television Station for an exclusive interview for the ceremony, and senior distributors from Zambia, Zimbabwe and Malawi were interviewed by the television station. Zambian Television Station will broadcast about the ceremony on relative business section and news section.
