Her journey started in July 2007, when she signed her application form to become a consultant in Green World. The only reason that made her join was because she was sick and tired of being poor, tried so many things in her life but she failed. Selling ice cream and second hand apparel was not enough to put food on the table for her four children.
“My life was miserable, I did not know what to do because I had to take care of four children,” said Malter. She heard about Green World and joined the company and that was when her life started changing. She started by selling one box of Kuding Tea and made R28 profit. This slowly boosted her finance because she had her small business on the side as well.
She tried to fallow the marketing system which say become 4* consultant, 5*, 6*, 7* within a given time and get bonuses and awards to those who can speed up. She managed to make enough money but failed to get fast growth awards while that never made her give up, so she kept on till she managed to reach at 8* consultant, then she saw her life actually changing completely and told herself she will never let go, will hold on to her dream to the top.
Malter believes that Green World is a life changing business opportunity that it manages to change her from ZERO to HERO. “I’ve qualified for a number of overseas trips as an added incentive, even increased the urge in me to work harder,” she said.
As a former street vendor, she stand tall today, after having achieved so much in this business and she is very proud to say she live the life of her dreams. She have qualified for a number of overseas trips to different destinations all over the world such as China, Dubai, Thailand, Paris, Mauritius and so on. This has completely changed her way on thinking and the way she view life in general. For the years that she have been with the company she have developed so many leaders that have achieved their own successes, which is the most satisfying experience in her business life. Through hard work and perseverance, people have managed to rise up to the management stages and got awards like luxury cars and villas of which she is part of this group.
Her passion in helping people and bringing hope in their life always reminds her that they need a place for people to gain access to Green World products, to share information, to be mentored and trained. Obviously, Green World Specialty Shop was the answer.
Though it took her merely one year to bring her shop from a newly registered one to the No. 1 shop of 2011, the journey towards such an achievement was not an easy one. When the idea of owning a shop was brewed in her mind she was in trouble of lacking capital. She was forced to move from one shop to another. From a very shabby room not bigger than a counter to the current one which accommodates 20-30 people.
Since she opened her shop, people never stop pouring in. Her shop became a place where people ask questions, share information, seek solutions for their financial problems, and so on. They walk in a mood of sadness and walk out with smiles and hope.
“Stay blessed and don’t limit yourself for whatever you plan to do. You are empowered by the Lord to change the life of your own, and that of others.” Just as Malter had said, she not only changed her own life but others.
