Gaudence Rogasian Mbuya

My name is Gaudence Rogasian Mbuya, I was born on March 4th, 1972, in a Village called Legho Kilema at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro, Moshi District, Kilimanjaro Province of Tanzania. I attended Legho Primary School from 1978 - 1985 and Lombeta Secondary School from 1986 - 1989 where I wrote my O-Level exams. In 1990 – 1992, I enrolled in the teacher training course at Marangu Teachers Training Collage and started my career as a teacher. I taught in the following schools from 1992 - 2004:
- Makandana School, Mbeya 1992 -1995
- St Agnes School 1996 -1998
- Sila College 1999 - 2004

During my tenure as a teacher, I met the love of my life and got married in 1998.

Growing up, I developed a mindset for success and thought more like an entrepreneur, building belief in myself and my career choice. I invested lots of time and the little money I had in mastering the skills necessary to succeed in life. These were all borne out of the desire to excel, and it was this desire, that eventually pushed me in 2004 towards my current career in network marketing.
In 2008, I had the privilege of meeting Joseph Mwangi Kimani who later became my sponsor in Green World. He walked me through everything I needed to know about Green World such as the company profile, business plan and the range of products available from Green World International Kenya, which was a new kid on the block, but part of the larger Green World Group.
I was totally impressed with everything I saw and registered as a distributor. Within that same year, I opened a distribution centre in the city of Arusha where I am currently still doing business.

As a distributor, I moved up the ranks quickly and received my first trip and Business Car Award from Green World. The incentives I received, inspired me to maintain my momentum and allowed me to receive trips and many car awards. Together with my wife who is my business partner, and part of my downline, we have had the privilege of traveling and touring the world courtesy of Green World, for that, I am forever indebted to the company and my sponsor for giving me this wonderful opportunity.

Green World has given my wife and I the opportunity to travel, explore tourist sights, sample different cuisines, and experience diverse cultures. Some of the places we have visited, are places I could only dream of visiting prior to joining Green World. Some of the places we have toured include the Great Wall of China, Sydney Opera House, the Cape of Good Hope in South Africa and the beautiful island of spices, Zanzibar.

I have been an active member of Green World since joining the business and rarely miss any organized company events such as trainings, rallies, and award ceremonies.
Some of the major events I attended include:
- The 10th Anniversary of Green World Africa, held in Johannesburg South Africa.
- The 10th Anniversary of Green World Kenya and other Award Meetings in Nairobi Kenya,
- Training Seminars in Nairobi, Arusha and Daressalaam Tanzania

The pinnacle of my networking career so far was on November 14, 2019, when I was awarded my Two-Star Manager trophy by the President of Green World African Region and Vice President of the Green World Group, Mr. David Zhang, at the Safari Park Hotel in Nairobi. This award thus far is the greatest honour bestowed on me as a member of this wonderful company.
An autobiography is a life story, it starts when we are born, and continues until the end. As an accomplished career networker, I would like to conclude by saying that the many wonderful events that encompass my relationship with Green World, is just the beginning of my story. By God’s grace, I hope to continue to grow with the company and receive many more accolades, trips, and cars.
